Song: Better(string version)- OneRepublic

1:25...

Just outside his office... I think I'm gonna go crazy.

Tick.. Tick.. Tick..

1:27...

His last client just exited his office. And I can tell you this, she looked better when she walked in. She was wearing a navy blue dress that just hugged her body perfectly, her brunette hair in loose curls.

It seemed they had a really serious discussion, considering she took what seemed like forever in Mr Griffin's office.

Either that or they were having a very "intimate" meeting.

That would totally explain the messy hair she came out with.

Huh.

Right about now I was a nervous wreck. Which was never like me considering I just oozed confidence out of me. You had to when you were popular. It was kind of a requirement. Everything about you had to be close to perfection.

1:29...

This was it.

One more minute.

Till my doom..

1:30..

Oh crap.

"Miss Bynes..." Claire starts off. "It's your turn now. You may enter." She gives me a slight smile and signals for Mr Griffin's door.

I look down at my Calvin Klein midnight purple dress which may I say was a great choice, seeing the way it fit me.

Thanks mom.

I stand up, straightening the dress and heading to the door. I have a loose ponytail in my head and six inch heels on.

I give the door a light knock and hear Mr Griffin say "enter".

This was it.

You've got this Aqua.

I got this...

Right?

I slowly open the door. There he is...

Mr Griffin- in the flesh.

" Miss Bynes " he starts off, his hands clasped together, leaning on his office table. "Take a seat." He continues, signalling to the seat right in front of him.

I pull out the chair and sit down. I cross my legs instinctively and fix my posture, which earns me a raised eyebrow of approval.

Or so I hoped.

"So, I went through your profile and it was quite.. Impressive."

"Umm.. Thank you, sir." I say, totally nervous and I'm pretty sure even the dumbest kid can notice how frizzled up I am right now.

"Hmm.. I see you also strongly support most extra curricular activities at your school." He says, fixing his glasses back into their original position when they slide down.

"Yes I do. I think it's very vital to make extra effort when it comes to the academic criteria. I mean, it is your future after all." I say, giving him a slight smile while clearing my throat.
