Samantha Stewart

I made a face as the content of the vanilla pudding glided over my taste buds. I forgot how horrible tasting the cafeteria food was like. Great. I thought. Wasted my money for shitty pudding. Ugh.

I put the spoon back on the cup and pushed it aside. "What's wrong?" I heard Becky asked beside me.

I replied with a shrug. "Pudding's awful." She only chuckled and patted me on the back while shaking her head in dismay.

I was having a bad day and I just really felt like banging my head on the wall to the point where I could just slip inside it and stay there for all eternity. I wanted to get away from everyone asap. I just want to go home, lay in my bed and sleep all day. I was basically not in the mood for anything.

But somehow whatever I do or however I feel, luck was never going to be on my side as I saw a group of guys heading over to our lunch table. Unfortunately, I could easily recognize the blonde boy who was already smirking on his way to us.

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms over my chest as he dropped his tray in front of me. "Stewart." He greeted with that sickening smile of his. It was making my blood boil for no apparent reason and it seemed like I was extra agitated with him today.

His friends didn't even seem to do anything and just sat with him on our table as if it was nothing. "Hey! I know you, you're name is Ashton right? I recognize you from Calculus." Becky and the Ashton guy greeted each other with a smile while I continued to shoot daggers at Luke as he drank from his soda.

"What do you think you're doing, Hemmings?" He slowly lowered his can and wiped his mouth from any excess soda while I watched him intently. I looked around and met Logan's confused gaze from afar but all I could do was return his confused look and shrugged.

I turned back at Luke and realized that he was now smirking like an idiot. "You and Moore right?" Becky choked on her food from Luke's question and she shot me a look while I tried holding back my anger.

"Listen bucko, I may look like a nice person but I'm really not."

He let out a snort. "I know."

I've only spent one minute with this boy and I am already wanting to rip his eyeballs out. Becky, however, was still in shock by the fact that he knows about my secret. "How did he-" I cut her off.

"Not now, Becky." I continued shooting daggers at him but he only pouted his lips and turned his eyes to my friend.

"That wasn't nice." I huffed.

"I'll tell you what's not nice." He raised an eyebrow.

"What?"

"Nosing on other people's business and invading one's privacy by spying on them through a window. I don't meddle with your business so stop minding mine." I saw the corners of his mouth twitch from my outburst and he slowly grinned from ear to ear.

"Just to be clear, I don't spy on you." I gave him a look. "Okay. Maybe I did. But the thing is, I kind of need you to meddle with my business, Stewart." I raised an eyebrow as Becky elbowed me on my sides.

"What the hell does that mean?"

"We want you to be in our music video." The guy with dark hair suddenly chimed in earning a nod from his friends including Luke, who was watching my reaction the whole time.

"You want me to be in your what?"

"Our music video." Luke repeated now with an expectant look in his eyes.
