Do your eyes orbit around the rivers and valleys that my skin holds dear?
Do they flicker like the explosion of stars?
Are your fingers able to push and pull, caress the bottom of the sand like these tides?
Can your ocean eyes cast gold onto mine, will our fingers finally cross that crumbling line?
Our DNA can waltz back and forth gently and full of life.
Our love for one another beholds enough intensity to assault the sun.
We, as one, can dance atop the moon.
Holding the craters close.
Mirroring its beautiful imperfections.
Can you feel this?
The uncertainty of my gaze,
How it flickers with every graze,
Every sudden stop,
Every change.
Do you feel the heartbeats.
The left and right, fighting for control.
Still.
Arrhythmias.
