I smiled widely imagining Lauren's reaction seeing the present that I got for her. I just paid for the necklace that I got for her for our Anniversary. I'm so excited to give this to her.

I put the small box inside my pocket and walked out from the store. I checked the time on my phone and yes.. I need to pick her up now. Being married to Lauren for a year has been a roller coaster ride. We argue and fight.. I mean that's life right? But beside that.. I love her to death.

Recently she has been so busy in the office, Hastington hotel will open in Dubai so she has been going back and forth to Dubai all the time with Christian or with Marco. She will go there everyweek for one or two days leaving me alone. She will leave for Dubai again tomorrow and I have a schedule in Milan too for a meeting.

"Hey babe, I'm outside." I called her.

"Be there in 5." She said and then she ended the call. We're planning to eat dinner in a really famous restaurant called Goldwin. The restaurant has a really beautiful view because it's in a 20th floor of a building. I'm so excited to give my present to Lauren.

I turned my head to see Lauren dress beautifully in her long black dress with a V cut on the front revealing her breat a little. She has her hair in a bun making her look so elegant. She has a long straight earing on and then she wore a black heels along with a small white clutch. God.. I'm married to a goddess. She always takes my breath away.

She entered my car and she gave me a really big smile. I gave her a peck on the lips.

"You look so beautiful tonight." I said as I looked at my wife like an idiot.

"Thankyou and how's work?" She asked as she put her seatbelt on. I started to drive again.

"Well.. it was okay. Are you going to Dubai again tomorrow?" I asked to confirm it again.

"No.. I asked Marco to go besides Cassie wants to go to the beach so it's like killing two birds with one stone. I mean.. I know my husband has been so lonely and grumpy these days without me." She said making me laugh.

"I am lonely.. the side of the bed is empty. I need someone to cuddle." I said.

"That's why I'm not leaving tomorrow." She said as she intertwined her hand with mine. I kissed the back of her hand and she turned the music on.

"Scarlette is pregnant."

"Wow, that's a really good news. Love to see Matthew go crazy to be a dad."

"Scarlette and Matthew have this crazy bet.. Matthew wants a girl and Scarlette wants a boy, I mean they don't care about the gender but they're predicting what gender will come out." Lauren said and she laughed. I chuckled.

"Scarlette always win."

"Hey.. you will never know. It's a gender, Dylan."

"I know.. and it's just I'm interested to see a junior version of clumlette." I said and Lauren laughed.

"Oh yes, me too!" Suddenly having a kid topic popped out of my mind. I glanced at her.

"How about we have one? I want one too." I said as I stepped on the brake because of the red light. I turned to her and she's already looking at me.

"Little Dylan or Little Lauren?" She asked.

"Little you and little me." I said and she kissed my cheek.

"Are you ready to be a dad? You know.. you have to reduce your time for work."

"I know and I'm ready for it." I said as I started to drive again when the red light turned green. We're almost there anyway.

"You and I should take turns to get up in the morning and then we have to change the diapers and.. I might not be as beautiful as I am now. I will turn fat and my body will have stretch marks too." She said that as I drove my car into the building. I stopped in front of the lobby.

"Let's go." I said turning my head to her. She nodded and we got out from the car. I gave my car key to the valet chauffer and then I waited for her to walk to me. She linked her arm to mine and we walked inside. We got into the lift and I pressed 20 button. None of us talk and I bet she's a little bit sad because I didn't answer about her statement earlier. We walked out to the 20th floor and then there's already a staff waiting for us.

"Lemiere, 2 people." I said and she checked the list. She nodded and lead us inside. I booked the best table in this restaurant 2 weeks ago and yes it's beautiful. We sat down across each other and ordered our food first.

"Thankyou." I said as I gave the menu back to the waiter. I turned my eyes to Lauren and she's currently looking out the window. The view here is incredible but my eyes can't stop looking at my beautiful wife.

"Let's enjoy the view outside first before we eat." I said as I got up from my seat. She turned to me and I put my hand in front of her. She smiled and took my hand. She got up and I lead her out to the balcony where we can see everything a lot more. I took of my suit and wrapped it around her. We walked hand in hand to the edge of the balcony.

"It's beautiful." Lauren said and I can't help but agree. The view is spectacular.

"I vowed that I will always love you till my last breath, Lauren. I don't care if you gain weight, have stretch marks, your hair turns white and everything.. you're my wife and I love you as you are. We just reached 1 year and there's a lot of years to go." I said as I turned to her. She smiled and then she turned to me.

"What a lucky girl I am to have you in my life." She said as she put her arms around my neck. I chuckled and kissed her cheek. I took out the box from my pocket. I put it in front of her.

"Happy Anniversary, Lauren. I love you now and will always you until the end of time." I said and her eyes turned teary. That's Lauren for you. She crashed her lips to mine. She opened the box and she gasped.

"It's beautiful." She said and I pulled it off from the box. I put it on her and she looked at it happily.

"Thankyou, babe." She hugged me tightly and I'm so happy that she loves it. I kissed her bare shoulder and the side of her head.

"I love you, Lauren. No matter how you look.. I don't care, you will always be my Lauren." I said.

"I'm pregnant with a little Dylan." She suddenly whispered and my eyes widen. I released the hug and looked at her blinking a few times.

"Me and Scarlette went to the hospital today and she's pregnant 12 weeks and I'm pregnant 10 weeks. I put a baggy dress so my little bump won't be visible because I want to be a surprise for you." I was speechless.

"You don't know how excited I am when you said you want a kid." She said and I hugged her again.

"I can't believe this! Is it a boy?"

"Yeah, it's a little Dylan." She said and I kissed the side of her head.

"You're going to be a dad, Dylan Lemiere."

"I'm so excited for that." I said as I released the hug.

"Happy Anniversary, Dylan. I love you to death.. but after our little Dylan." She said as she held her stomach. I kneeled down on my knee and kissed her stomach.

"Little Dylan, you know.. we're waiting for you and can't wait to see you. You will be a really great guy like me and I bet you will hot headed as your mom. I already love you even though I just know that you're in there." I said and Lauren chuckled.

"You will be a great dad."

"I know, babe."

"I think I have to be ready to deal with another cocky Dylan." She said and I laughed. I can't help but be so happy to have my little family.
