How it all started....

It was dark. Dark and cold. That was the only thing I was certain about. The darkness and the feeling of cold. I took a deep breath and felt cold knives of air make their way down my throat. I breathed out and felt all the warmth in my body disappear, leaving a gaping hole of cold and fear. I tried to open my eyes, but they were frozen shut. I tried to move, in anyway, anything, but I was stuck. Stuck in this unpleasent place, awaiting death to suck me up and take me away. But it didn't happen. I stayed in the same place, not even thinking, just waiting, when finally, I felt the cold die down.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw the face of a woman, probably about twenty years old, right in front of me. She had platinum-blond, almost white hair, tied back behind her face. A pale face with a few freckles, barely noticable unless you were looking, and the biggest blue eyes I had ever seen, filled with fear. "Are you alright?" She asked me. Her voice was crystal clear but had a weird accent. I cleared up my frozen throat and answered best I could. "I-um th-think I-I a-am n-n-now." My voice was strangly clogged and I couldn't speak to clearly. "Um.. do you, by any chance, need anything?" Her voice was full of concern, and I really didn't know what to ask, but knew the gentlemanly thing to do. "I-I w-would like t-to know y-you're n-n-name." I aske shakily. "Oh." She said quietly. I waited for a response. "My name. It's Elsa." She said, backing away to show her shimmering light blue, snowflake pattern dress and hourglass figure. Her hair was in a messy braid at her side, and she was nervously twiddling her thumbs. "And you?" She asked, curiousity in her voice. "Harry." I replied. "Harry Potter."

Harry woke from the dream with a start. Around his bed were Seamus Finnegan, Dean Thomas, Neville Longbottom, and of course, his best mate, Ronald Weasley. "You alright mate?" Ron asked him, red hair covering his bright blue eyes because of the strange angle. The blue in Ron's eyes reminded Harry of the woman's- Elsa's- eye's. Harry suddenly had a flash back from the dream and felt himself grow extremly cold and began to shiver. "Let's get him to the hospital wing." Dean said, the rest of the boys nodding. Harry was quickly brought over to the hospital wing, although all he saw was fuzzed figures, strange shapes, and the girls eyes in his mind. He suddenly saw a beam of blue light and felt himself go ice cold, before blacking out.

~Later~

Harry took a sharp intake of breath and steadied himself, bringing himself up and wondering where he was and what had happened. All he could remeber was the voice of a mysterious girl, who had called herself Elsa. Maybe Hermione would know who this girl was, or whatever he was remebering meant.

~Meanwhile, in Arendelle~

What is happening to me? Elsa asked herself. She couldn't have just seen what she thought she had seen. But as evidence, right on the floor, was the teenage scrawny boy with messy black hair and full moon glasses, wearing black robes with a gold and scarlet crest on them. I walked closer and saw that the crest said "Gryfinndor" and had a picture of a lion on it. What's a Gryfinndor? She wondered. But that was the least of her worries. How could she deal with this teenager- he had said his name was Harry- and the fact that she had frozen over her entire kingdom? Anna (her sister) had told Elsa of this news just yesterday, and ever since her newly built ice castle had been turning red with her fear- just as the trolls said it would.

She decided to take her mind off of this and focus her powers on making a bed for the boy and maybe even a blanket. She had made a dress once... You see, Elsa has the power to control ice and snow, and had been concealing it up until just a few days ago, her coranation, when she finally let it go. But then she found out that she had set an eternal winter everywhere, by the means of her sister, princess Anna, who had another stranger with her. She had been clutching her chest when she set off, as if I had froze her heart. "You are lucky it wasn't her heart. The heart is harder to fix, but the head can be persuaded." The troll's voice echoied inside of her head. She was worried about her sister, but also about this boy- Harry - who had arrived shortly after Anna. Elsa had been scared, thinking him a guard set to kill her, and struck him with her powers. It had hit him in the head, and he hadn't recovered for a few days after that. She had noticed that undearneath his unkempt hair, he had a frosty blue scar, in the shape of a lightning bolt. I guess that was a sideffect. Elsa thought to herself Anna does have that strand of white hair from when she was struck. What she didn't know, was that it was much more than a side effect, as the two would both find out....

Hi guys! I know this fanfict is a bit of a long shot, but Harry Potter and Frozen are two of my favourite things, and I just thought if there was a way to combined them, this would be it. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome, and if I made some sort of error, please let me know because that happens alot... Anyways, just thought it would be cool to do a frozen Harry Potter crossover, if you guys like it I will try to update fairly often.
