Tess...Short for Tesseract (a Loki love story)

Loki's POV

Stupid avengers.... stupid brother...stupid ironman..STUPID EVERYONE!! Who would of thought that these puny mortals could take down such a powerful god such as I. Thor had just put this rather humiliating mask over my mouth to stop me from protesting and is just saying his farewells to those idiots mortals know as the Avengers. Quite frustrating actually. Seeing Thor praised and adored by his friends and others around him. I can't say I didn't expect it though, it has always been about Thor never me, never his 'little brother' no all about Thor. 

"Come on brother let us go home." Thor says approaching me with the Tesseract in hand. I rolled my eyes, Asgard is no longer my home and never will be. We both put our hands on the Tesseract getting ready to be transported elsewhere when the Tesseract started glowing and making loud noises. I dropped the Tesseract in shock as did Thor. The noises got louder as everyone backed away and got out their weapons. Me being hand-cuffed  and gagged left me able to do nothing but stare. As The noises became clearer and the avengers got ready to attack I recognized the noise. It was a voice. Muffled and weak but still a voice.

"Please stop.......you're ...hurting me....."  The angelic voice said. It sounded like a girl and her voice was like music but she sounded weak. 
The Tesseract stopped glowing completely and returned to its clear blue colour except this time it had streaks of green, purple and gold going through it. There was silence. We were shocked to say the least. Finally Fury broke the silence.
"Thor we will have to delay your trip. We need to figure out what just happened and how they communicated with us."
"FURY YOU CAN'T DO THAT!! Father and mother are expecting us home we need to put Loki to trial!"
Fury sighed "Thor please lower your voice. We need to find out who that girl was, she sounded in a great deal of pain and you wouldn't want her to suffer any more would you?"

Thor hung his head and shook his head. He picked up the cube carefully as if it was and injured dove and followed Fury onto the helicarrior with Earths mightiest heroes and me trailing behind.

I don't know who that voice belonged to but I will find out.... and maybe just maybe I will rule the world with her by my side.

{ TIME SKIP!!! In the Helicarrior}

We were all seated around a table in the lab everyone staring intently at the cube. I was finally unshackled and stared with the rest of us. You might be asking why I don't escape, this is because I am curious to what creature could hold such a musical voice.

"What do we do? The voice obviously sounded in pain and asked us to stop, but what are we doing to hurt her?" Tony asked.
"Maybe she wasn't talking to us." said Barton "It can open portals right? so what if there was a girl on the other side of this thing and she got in to trouble. The message wasn't directed to us but someone else..."
We all thought about it for a moment, it is possible. 
"Why don't we just smash it?..." said can you guess who Stark.
"What we would be getting rid of it and putting the poor girl out of her misery. Two birds, one stone." 
Thor looked confused. "I do not understand. What use do we have of two birds." My oaf of a brother said. I as well as everyone else in the room rolled their eyes.

"Stark stop suggesting ridiculous ideas and shut up!!!" Fury exclaimed.
"That's not what your mum said last night.... " Stark mumbled but it was quite obvious that everyone could here him. Fury shot him a one eyed glare sending Stark scurrying behind Natasha in fear. 
"Anyone else got any ideas?..."
It was silent. There was a crackle of thunder from outside and we all looked to Thor. 
"I am not doing this. It must me something else."

We ran outside and on the boarding station the was a dark looming figure with more than 500 dark soldiers behind him. We cautiously  approached him weapons armed. He had dark midnight hair and blue markings across his skin. He looked around my age but a bit older. He smirked when he saw the Tesseract still in Thor's hands Fury took a step forward and spoke to him.

"What are you dong here?! This is a secret military base and I will be forced to make you leave if you do not obey us."
The mystery man chuckled darkly. He said in a scratchy and low voice "Do you know the power you hold in your hands sir? Are you completely oblivious to to opportunity you are not seeing? "
I chose to speak up "What do you mean?"
His sharp gaze turned to me "Hand me Tesseract and I will show you."
Tor let out a booming laugh "HA!! We will not fall for that, do you think it will be that easy. If it was then Loki would have had the Tesseract a long time ago!!"
Did he really have to say that? Oh Thor the hate I have for you right know is unbelievable. 
The leader faced his army eyes never leaving the Tesseract "Well then we will have a problem.... Boys hold them down!" 

In an instant we were attacked from behind and pinned to the tarmac floor, the leader grabbed the Tesseract, took it out of its protective cage and placed it on the ground. He started talking to it and stroking it almost...lovingly??!! He said a few phrases in a language I do not know of and the Tesseract started to glow. I shielded my eyes the best I could with these thugs holding me to the ground and when the light fade  I stared in awe.

There where the Tesseract once laid in its place was a......

girl!!!
