"Cassie." My name is repeated for couple of times before they crush me and hug me as much as possible. I smile at them, but not really paying attention to them. All my attention is on Sanity, Destiny and Michael, whispering in low voices. Something is coming, and this something is big.

"I need to go." I whisper as I push some of my friends away and go at Winston's and Nikolas's direction. The moment Nikolas sees me, his eyes widens, and starts going back slowly, blood leaving his body in fast rate.

I look at Mr. Harrison, who is trying to heal him, but can't do much, due to exhaustion. He looks at me, understanding why I am here and nodding as if giving me permission.

"I am here to heal." I whisper in low and soothing voice, while kneeling in front of the old man. He shakes in fear and I use his fear in my benefit, controlling his mind to trust me. My hands start getting strange light and I touch his wounds slowly, trying my best not to hurt him. The wounds start wrapping back together, fresh skin appearing in place of old and rotten. "I am sorry." I whisper and stand up as the healing is done. He looks up at me, I have dismissed controlling his mind in the middle of the process. His eyes are demanding, cold and full of thoughts, I can't read.

"It's okay." He says in low voice, which surprises me and I look at him with raised eyebrows. "You had no other choice. We have been pushing you to your limits, even tried to kill you. There was moment I was sure you were dead."

"Thanks?" I say in a bit annoyed voice.

"Don't take me wrong." He says and sighs loudly. "I just... My whole life I believed that you were a legend and now you are in front of me. Admitting you means admitting that other legends are true as well."

"What legends?" I ask a bit confused.

"You have to know your own history better." he says with a bit annoyed voice. "Cassie, you should learn not only techniques, but also your past. Read as many legends as possible, and you will find truth." I nod and slowly go away from him, strange feeling rising inside of me by every single word he says.

"Can I help him?" I ask as soon as I see Winston, lying on the ground, his gaze frozen at one place, his mouth agape, his body trembling. "What did I do?" I ask in low voice and look at Mr. Harrison.

"Spirits." He says in laconic way and looks away from me, fear written on his eyes. I don't know what he thinks, but even if I don't see that he is afraid of me, I still can sense it.

"I can sense that you are afraid." I say with a groan and roll my eyes. "No need to look away, I still can sense it." I mutter and look away from him. "I am sorry. I didn't mean to do any of this." I say in low voice, knowing that it has no point to tell this to others. People will not believe me and will want to find the truth themselves. I sigh and turn back at Winston.

I never liked this man, but if I left him alive in my angry state, it means that I need him, or will need him in the future. I sigh and close my eyes, calling all the ancient powers inside of me. The first thing I feel is warmth, spreading inside of me, blanketing me into thick layer of love and warmth, next thing is cold, covering me into blood freezing coldness, and then something cracks inside of me, filling me with all kind of emotions. The pure feeling enters my body and wraps me inside its warm claws?

"Aether Manipulation." I whisper in low voice and smile as warmth and love gather in my hands and allow me to heal Winston, who starts coughing immediately. The feeling disappears as he returns to his normal self, but people around me stare. Their eyes never leaving my body and any movements.

"Cassie." Alexandra touches my shoulder gently and I look up at her smiley eyes. But this time the look inside of her eyes are distant and gives me cold feeling. "Come with me." I nod and stand up, following her behind into the enchanted forest.
