{My bad I forgot to mention that Carla is with the girls but I figure that's obvious}
Mira P.O.V
It has been two days since the girls left for the north. The guild has been as quiet as a grave. I sighed as I cleaned. Everyone had gone home for the night and I was getting ready to lock up. Elfman was waiting patiently for me.
The guild doors opened and Laxus entered. I smiled, my heart beating a little faster. "Welcome home" I said. I looked him over, seeing if he looked sick like the others. He waved a little as he approached the bar. He sat on one of the stools. "Mind if I sit for awhile before you lock up?"
"Sure thing." I smiled. He looked fine, but that didn't mean anything. I set a drink in front of him while I continued to clean. "How was the job?" he shrugged as he messed with his glass, not drinking it. "It was alright."
I smiled a little. There was a small silence before I glanced up again and my heart sank. "Hey Laxus." "Huh?" he looked up at me. I handed him a napkin and pointed at his nose as it started to bleed. He wiped his nose and sighed. "Damn, that's the second one today." He chuckled a little, trying to joke.
"Laxus-" "I'm gonna head home Mira, night. See ya Elfman." he stood up. I rushed around the bar as his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he began to collapse. I caught him before he could hit the ground. "Elfman!"
Lucy P.O.V
It was our second day on the train and Levy was still nose deep in the books. I looked over at Wendy who had starting having coughs the night before. "Levy how many time do you plan in reading that?" she mumbled something but didn't lift her eyes from the book.
Wendy coughed and Carla rubbed her back, looking worried. "I'm fine Carla really." "Wendy..." she pat the exceeds head. "I'm going to take a nap. "she laid across the seat, using her bag as a pillow.
I smiled softly at the tough little girl. I looked out the window at the now snowy landscape. I sighed softly, hoping Natsu was still alright. I jumped when Levy snapped her book shut. "Well there is some good news." "What's that?" I asked.
"They can only be affected by the stone once. So when they get better, because they will, the stone can't hurt them again." I smiled a little. "That is good. But only if..." she smacked my arm. "Don't think like that!" she nearly shouted. I nodded a little. "Your right. Sorry."
She nodded with a smile. We would reach our stop in two hours and then it was a three hour hike up the mountain. The flowers were supposed to grow in an open valley near the summit. If they were there.
Levy P.O.V
I gently shook Wendy. "Wake up, were here." She mumbled and rubbed her eyes before sitting up. We gathered our stuff before getting off the train. We had changed into our winter clothes before setting off. We headed for the mountain after stopping for food.
Wendy trailed behind Lucy and I as we walked. "Wendy!" Carla cried. We quickly turned. Wendy was trying to stop her nose from bleeding. "I-I'm fine!" Lucy shook her head and handed me her backpack. She knelt in front of Wendy with her back to her. "Hop on before you black out." The small girl sighed before climbing on to Lucy's back.
Shortly after Wendy lost consciousness. Carla was a hysterical mess, crying as she followed us. I stopped and knelt in front of her, grabbing her gently. "Carla you have to calm down! Wendy needs you to be strong right now. We will find this flower and she WILL be fine. Now pull yourself together!"
She blinked up at me in shock before running her eyes. "Your... Your right. Thank you Levy." I nodded. We continued to walk in silence.
"The valley is up there." Lucy pointed up a sheer cliff. "We don't have time to go around." Wendy said, having finally woken up. Lucy didn't let her down though. "I have an idea!" I grinned. I pulled Carla next to me and knelt down. "Lucy kneel down or you'll fall over." she raised an eyebrow but did as she was told.
"Solid Script Pillar!" I placed my hand on the ground and the word lifted us skyward. It stopped at the edge of the cliff. We hopped off and ran through the small gathering of trees. We studded at the edge of them and stared.
"No way..." Lucy whispered. Carla had started crying again and I felt like my heart had stopped. The valley was covered in pure white snow, with not a flower in sight.
