Chapter Six

Chapter 6~

• Ashton's POV •

Everyone seemed pretty gloomy. I mean none of us knew Ashlyn's grandma but, because she was sad all of us felt sad. Me and the boys were already inside taking off our jackets and loosening our collars. We had all semi dressed up for her grandmas funeral, I don't know how some people wear these kinds of clothes everyday! It had been about two minutes and Ashlyn still hadn't come inside. I was just about to go see if she was ok when the door burst open and in walked Ashlyn with the biggest smile on her face.

"Why the long faces boys? Lighten up! She's dead it's over, no need to be sad about it anymore!"

We all gaped at her. Maybe she was going into serious shock.

"Who wants to go party?" She said bouncing on her toes a little.

No one answered her. We were all so confused but, someone had to speak so I guess it will be me.

"Ashlyn it's only one in the afternoon..."

"And your point is?"

"That it's way to early to get drunk."

She ran over to me grabbing my shoulders.

"Oh come on Ashton please!" She whispered.

"I don't think it's a good idea Ashlyn."

I looked over to the boys for support but they just stood there watching the scene play out. I felt her hand on my face as she pulled it back to look at her. As I turned my head I wasn't met with just her face but her lips connected with mine. She kissed me she just fucking kissed me....

"Ha! That was fun! Man she has dreamt about that! Ok now can we go?"

She? This wasn't Ashlyn... The boys didn't grasp that yet they were all gawking at me. I turned back to Ash- I mean who ever this was.

"What's your name?"

"It's Aurora silly. Can we go now?"

I need to get Ashlyn her pills. She must have forgotten to take them this morning. I would to if I was heading to my grandmas funeral. Did she really dream about kissing me?

"Yeah, sure thing. I'm just gonna go talk to the guys real quick and see if they want to come..."

"Ok, I'm gonna go get changed."

"Actually, I think I left my... Phone in the car can you go get it for me? Please!"

"Of course!"

I waited until the door slammed shut before I rushed over to the boys.

"You guys we need to spread-"

"Dude how long have you been dating Ashlyn?" Calum asked what they were all thinking.

"What? We're not dating. Didn't you hear any of that conversation?"

"Um no, you weren't exactly talking loud after Ashlyn burst in here shouting about how she didn't care that her grandma is dead. Oh and we are in a different room. All we could 'hear' was Ashlyn eating your face.."

"That's not Ashlyn! That's Aurora! Now we need to look around for Ashlyn's meds before she comes back inside!"

The boys didn't move they just continued to stare at me.

"NOW!"

"Ok Jesus! What does the bottle look like?!" Michael shot back.

"It's in a orange bottle... Her name would be on it. I don't know just go look."
