Memory gone

The next day a young woman came into my room.
"Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm also your current partner" she said.
She was really pretty. She looks like a goddess.
"I'm Liv, but you probably already know that... Your gorgeous by the way" I said.
She blushed at the statement. Her eyes sparkled, even in the bright hospital room.
"Well, maybe we could go get a cup of coffee. I know that your probably tired of this wretched place" she said smiling.
"Oh my god, you haven't got a damn clue" I said. We both smiled and laughed.
"Here I will go sign you out, then I will catch you up on everything" she said almost practically beaming.
She left to sign me out when Elliot came back in.
"Who is she?" He asked noticing how happy I was.
"Her name is Amanda and she is signing me out and taking me to get a cup of coffee" I said.
He seemed like he didn't want me to leave him. Ever scince he's been here, I've felt this posessiveness.
"Okay, I'm going to take Lillian for coffee then take her to have a play date with Kathleen" he said.
"Okay, you really didn't have to do that" I said feeling guilty.
Amanda came back in.
"Come on Liv, let's go get coffee" she said. Elliot looked at her for a while.
"Okay, bye Elliot"
