Chapter 1: How You Left My Heart

Mairnette POV:

Stressed, hurt, and tired. Thats all I was anymore. I couldn't sleep half the time because I was crying the other half. Trying to skip a day without looking at him or even thinking about him was hard enough. Little alone forgetting about his green forest eyes.

"I heard there's gonna be a new transfer student coming here." Alya was trying to get my mind off him. She could see my eye bages around my eyes so clear, she thought I was a zombie.

"That's cool Alya."I said in a hushed voice. "Maybe a new friend for you." Alya looked at me with her eyes narrow. "Your the only friend I need Mari." She glanced at me with a bright smile. I didn't smile one bit.

"Class, as you knew, there's a new student. Julika's brother and you may know him. You may come in."

Steadly, a figure with a jacket, came out. I didn't look at the figure. As the bell rang for lunch, I quickly got up and started walking.

At lunch, a figure behind me touched my shoulder.

"Hey! Im Luka! Im new here..." He stared into my eyes, "Just wondering if I could sit next to you."

"H-Hey, I-Im M-M-Marinette." I stammered a bit. He looked cute. "Y-Yeah you can sit next to me."

As the hours went by, I haven't even looked at Adrien. Only Luka. We would meet up and talk and go to the park together. I finally believe Im happy. Until....

"Chat Noir?"

Tonight he went on my balcony. Once I was done off the phone with Luka, I went over to him.

He was crying.

"Princess... I-Im sorry... S-So sorry." I was confused. Why was he sorry? Out of all people I wanted Chloe or Adrien to feel sorry.

"Chaton. Don't cry... Im here. I'll always be right here with you." I wiped off his tears. I smiled at him brightly.

"Im glad your smiling again..." "Im smiling because I made you feel better. And maybe because..." I drifted off slowly turning my head away so he couldn't notice my blush.

"And because of..." I bit my lip. Should I tell him? Maybe he wouldn't mind. "Because of Luka..." I rapidly started to feel my cheecks burning.

"L-Luka!?" His eyes widened. "Yeah L-Luka! He's... The best thing that has happened to me. He makes me feel the way I did from Adrien. I haven't thought about him because of Luka."

My eyes started to get watery. "Adrien didn't care if I got hurt by his feelings! When I confessed he... He said that I was only a friend. And afterward the letter I had in my hand, I tore it apart... Because that was my heart." Warm freshly made tears rolled down my face like a flood.

"I-I just wish... W-Wish he could axcept me! Nobody can! Im an ordinary trash girl... Like Chloe said! ADRIEN, THE NAME ADRIEN IS NOTHING TO ME NOW!" I fell and was in a bundle on the floor. I couldn't take my pain anymore. Chat reminding me of Adrien...

"Chat...Luka is how I can move on finally! That's how Adrien left my heart. By while he was in my heart... He was catching it on fire on it." I felt Chat lifting my chin up. As I looked up he had tears streaming down his cheecks.

"Please Mari. Promise me something..." I nodded hesitantly. " Mari... Please...."

"Don't let me out of your heart..."

No more tears cams out afterward that night. Because two guys where there in my heart to care for me... But I can't say love. Not again.
