Katia stared at the house in front of her. She was extremely nervous about going in.

"What are you waiting for?" Liam asked as he took a hold of her hand.

"How am I going to be able to look at my best friend and not burst into tears and say something stupid?"

"Because you won't."

"Maybe you should just take me back home. We can watch a movie or something."

"Cupcake, you can't avoid this forever," he said gently. "We might not have a lot of time with her and your sister has told you that Marian wants to see people. She needs to have us supporting her with all of this."

Katia sighed heavily. Kaia had called her a few days ago to tell her to go and see Marian. Not to be scared.

"You better go because I'm sure she's watching from some window waiting for you."

"Liam...I..." she stammered as she looked from the house to him again. "Are you going to come in with me?"

He shook his head. "No, you can do this. I'm going to the studio with Zayn," he said.

"With my sister?" She couldn't help but ask.

"No, Katia. Not with your sister. She's in Bradford Zayn said. It's just me and him and maybe Louis." He leaned over and kissed her softly. "You're going to be okay. I love you."

"I love you too Payne," she said. With a heavy sigh she grabbed her purse and got out of the car and slowly made her way to the door and rang the bell. She heard Liam driving away and she growled slightly under her breath.

Marian re adjusted the oxygen pack she was given. This one was smaller and more compact and she could wear it around her waist, no more carrying it around.

She heard the knock on the door and went to open it. Faith was asleep in her baby carrier which was strapped to her chest. If she was only going to have a few months with her daughter then she was going to soak up every second she could and not waste a single moment. "Hello, how may I help you?" She said opening the door. "Are you selling something because I don't have any money on me sorry."

Katia was shocked by the oxygen apparatus Marian was wearing. "You know you shouldn't just open the door, you should always ask who's there." She said pasting a smile on her face.

"Who are you and why are you saying these things to me? You seem familiar but I can't think of where I know you from. Who are you again?"

Katia looked at her in shock. "Marian!" She said. "It's me!"

"Me who?" she asked with a smirk. "Because everyone I know came to see me in the hospital when I was in a coma and now I'm in my new home with my daughter."

Katia chewed on her bottom lip. "I'm....I'm sorry," she continued to stammer.

"I'm still waiting for that introduction. Who are you again and how do we know each other? I'm perplexed."

Katia reached out and took a hold of her arm. "Marian, please. It's me. Katia." Was there something else going on that nobody had told her about she wondered and began to panic.

"Katia, Katia?" Marian questioned. "And you say we know each other? I know a Kaia, but I can't recall a Katia."

"Marian, I'm your best friend!" She said. "Remember? Please. I'm sorry I didn't come see you when you were out of your coma. I was scared. I...I'm still scared."

"Come in," Marian said. "What would you like to talk about Ms. Bennett? I have some free time," She said walking towards the living room.

Katia followed her inside. "How many times do I need to apologize?" She asked her. "I...I didn't know what to say...I didn't know how to react."
