Hi!
This is the end of “Please Don’t be Mad at Me”
I know its short but I ran out of ideas on this book. But be sure to check out my up-coming book entitled “I’m Sorry” also my other book if you want, it’s taglish (Tagalog and English)
So sorry if you were expecting something different.
The last Chapter!
I can’t keep on loving you from a distance.
After 8 years…
Today, I promised Maddy we would visit her mom. After a few months of staying at our hometown I moved out with my new family. I kept my promise Maddy. I hope you’re doing fine. Our little angel just turned 8 yesterday. She wants to meet you. I hope your excited as her and I. Maddy no one can replace you so please don’t be mad at me, I finally found someone who could love me like you would have. I have you and Maddy right beside and now I also have Allison. She’s almost like you. she’s smart, funny, strong, determined, loving, and most of all she loves Maddy like her own daughter. I wish you could see Maddy grow up. But Maddy, I don’t have to stop loving you but I can’t keep on loving you from a distance as well. I have learnt to let you go but I won’t let go of the love we have shared.
We are now at the cemetery.
“Daddy!”
“Yes, angel?”
“Carry me?”
She is so much like you Maddy. I hope you can see her now.
I walked to her side of the car and carried her.
“Ally can you please get the flowers in the back?”
“Sure dear.”
We walked past a lot of tomb stones until we reached hers.
It didn’t change since the day it was first put there. I come here at least once a month to clean the area. Ally didn’t mind, she and I were the same, but her son… didn’t survive. He died last year. He was 2 years older than Maddy, so it was normal for him to be protective. There was a car accident with the school bus they were riding. Maddy was sitting near the window and when a car had hit the bus, Maddy was almost hit but because of Alex, he pushed Maddy to the other side of the bus. So instead of Maddy being hit, he saved her. So last year we buried him next to you Maddy, so you can watch over him at a place where neither I nor Ally can.
“Here we are.”
I put Maddy down and she sat near the stone.
It was like I never left the place. Same as ever and so full of memories.
“Madelyn Mitchell Roberts
Born: March 8, 1996
Died: April 18, 2014
‘Commitment is a choice. Marriage is a promise.” Ally read.
“So my mommy’s real name is Madelyn. So that’s where you got my middle name right, daddy?”
“Yes, Madison Madelyn Wilson.” I said as I sat down beside her.
“And your first name Maddy is a combination of mine and your biological mom.” Ally added
I couldn’t help but smile. I still remember the first time I first met Ally.
It was the first day of kindergarten for Maddy and I saw her. She was one of the teachers and so happened to be Maddy’s adviser. And when push comes to shove, we both fell for each other.
Now I have the family I’ve always been dreaming. Though she’s not the girl of my dreams. That place will forever be yours Madelyn, my one and only angel.

So sorry if you think its short but that’s how it is. There is no official ending of this. May be if I think of something I might continue but no promises to that.
I would like to say thanks to all those who read it. Thanks to your support I was able to finish this! You guys rock!
That’s the end of the book “Please Don’t Be Mad at Me”
