Of all the advice I was ever given one thing was an understatement. Being a teenager will involve drama said mum. That was just before she died. I don't think she realized how much that would apply to my life.
Toni has always been there for me. When dad was shot. When mum got sick. When mum recovered. When mum told me she was pregnant. When mum and the baby died coming home from an ultrasound. Always. It's the same with Jessica, Gemma and Shaye, but Toni has been around the longest.
The five of us do everything together. We're best friends, we always have been. Well, almost always. 2013 was the test of our friendship.........
