Missy rolled her eyes at me and started giving me a lecture on how "I don't know how to vary myself" and " should " start caring about what people say". Well I say screw it! I'm 14 for gods sake! I should know how to take care of myself! " Missy get out of my room," I point to the door. She lets out a long sigh and scoots over to the door. She leans into the frame when she's about to leave she says "hey hang in there kid," and walks away. I briefly think about Missy and what she said, should I start looking at myself in the wrong light? I flop onto my bed and pick up my phone. It's old and dusty, the brand almost stopped making phones. But hey my parents didn't buy me this out of the store, it's a hand me down from Missy. Of course I cherish it and I know I won't be getting another anytime soon so I try my best with this. BzzBzz. It's just Dezna texting me.
