One thing Phlox loved to do, was cook. She loved to use her herbs while cooking. So it was no surprise that Alice found a patch of homemade pasta and some cookies. Like Phlox had promised she dropped off a basket full of things. Leander oil to food. She was good at giving her customers odd small things for them to try out. Letting a small grace her lips. Turning around she faced the blonde. "Thank you Phlox. I'll be sure to try them." This caused Phlox to send her a beaming smile. "Any time Mrs.Cooper." glaring over Alice's right shoulder she saw the time. This caused her slightly panic. Today she invited her mom over. Even though it was her house, she was never there. "I'm sorry Mrs.Cooper, but I have to go. I'm meeting with my mom." The mention of Phlox' s caused Alice to loose her smile. The betrayal was fresh on her mind and it wasn't going to change anytime soon. So with a nod she watched Phlox flasher a smile and rush out of the house. Alice stood there for a moment watching as she left with sad eyes... if only she knew the truth.

Nerves was bubbling in Phlox s stomach as she waiting for her mom to arrive. She had already reset the dinner table twice and made sure the house was clean. One thing she made sure to do was take our any flowers from the dinning room. She didn't want her mom to get annoyed, when she was trying to sweet talk her. The only thing she left that was flower related was the center piece. Which was white roses and dark purple Phlox flowers. Letting out a sigh she decided to go and get her mom some wine, from the wine celler. As she walked down the slightly creepy steps and came to the rows of wine. She knew this place like back of her hand, she walked to the end of first row and headed to the left. In the middle was a bottle of wine. Sweet white wine and red wine. She had gotten both and practically ran up the steps and out the door. She hated the basement. Setting down both of the bottles in the bucket of ice;that she had gotten before hand. She heard the sound of heels hitting the flooring. Straightening up and putting on a sweet smile. She turned to see her mother. Her mother was a beautiful woman, with bright green eyes and long hair. She wore a tight black dress that stopped inches before her knees and black heels. Her hair was up in a curl business bun. Today her make up was light, expect her res lips. " Phlox! Look at you." Sending a smile to her and held her daughter close to her." Phlox wrapped her arms light around her mom. "Hi, mother."
