A little over a month being back home from Forbidden Forest.

Late January, nice day..too nice for a winter day.

I was enjoying the weather from palace grounds, since mother has forbidden me to leave.

Master Totosai showed up on his cow all excited about something...

I am sure it was stupid.

"Come with me girl." Totosai said as he saw me just sit there not moving.

"Not this time, mother would kill me." I said as my hand went to the flutter movement in my belly which has not shown yet.

"Your mother is out in the village, she won't miss you and if she does I will tell her I took you." Totosai said peeking my interest.

"Where are we going?" I asked as he helped me on the back of his cow behind him.

"Something you need to see." Totosai said as we took to air for quite sometime.

I was forced to pull my cloak tighter since the air was cooler up here in mid-flight.

It wasn't long before I spotted Kagome and all my friends on the ground.

Then I spotted Lord Sesshomaru he has went up against a giant demon.

"Is there anything we can do to help him?" I asked holding tight to Totosai.

"No child, we would just be in his way, besides he has to do this to prove something to himself." Totosai said.

"Like prove he can get himself killed." I said in fear for Lord Sesshomaru and for...whom..I carry inside me.

"Be quiet girl and just watch." Totosai said as I watched as Lord Sesshomaru was wrapped in a bright light as the light moved to the sky and back down. The bright light began to clear and out stepped a giant three legged Dog. No sign of Lord Sesshomaru anywhere.

"Oh my God, Totosai...What the hell is that?" I asked as I watched as the larger than life dog bite off the head of the other demon.

"Get a good look girl, let your eyes tell you who it is." Totosai said as he turned and watched my expressions.

My eyes widened.

"Uh..are you saying that...large dog is none other...than." I said as Totosai finished my sentence for me as I was dead locked on the dog's markings.

"That large pup is your Lord Sesshomaru." Totosai said as I watched in horror as the head in his mouth grew tentacles that wrapped him completely.

"I've seen enough.Take me down now!" I ordered as I kept hitting Totosai on his back.

"Fine..fine, just stop hitting me." Totosai said as he landed the cow and I jumped down as Rin ran to me crying over Lord Sesshomaru.

"Raven!" Lord Sesshomaru is being killed by that thing." Rin cried burying her face in my arms.

"No that's impossible, I just fell in love with--" I said as my words were cut short by the cocoon glowing a lime green as everyone watched for what was to happen next.

All of us watching ducked as the cocoon exploded.

Standing there in all his glory was Lord Sesshomaru.

He was a bit rough around the edges..but alive.

And where his left arm should be..was glowing and he was looking at it.

"What is happening Totosai?" Inuyasha asked.

"Your brother just received his arm back..the one you cut off." Totosai said as Inuyasha and I locked eyes. Inuyasha looked away as I just learned what happened to Lord Sesshomaru...some battle.

"As well as his own sword." Sesshomaru just surpassed his father." Totosai said as he dried a tear from his own face as he went to inspect the sword the pup just received.

I was so confused about what was going on about this Naraku guy, I wasn't here when all this came about. I mean I was here, but knew nothing about it.

"You old fool, why have you brought her here?" She could have been in danger." Lord Sesshomaru asked growling at Totosai.

"Back off boy, you are so full of it." You win a big battle and you get the big head." The girl was fine with me and was in no danger." Unlike the other's you have with you." Totosai said as we all looked at Kagome laying out cold on the ground near Kohaku.

"None the less you should have not brought her here." Lord Sesshomaru said as Totosai gave him back his newly required sword, he whipped the air with it before sheathing it.

All of this was so confusing to me, why have I been kept from all of this?

Seeing Kagome, I started to go for her..only to have Lord Sesshomaru stop me by grabbing my arm.

Looking up at him in a heated stare.

"What the hell?" Kagome is hurt." I said trying to break free from his grasp.

"She is fine..but you won't be." He said as he pulled me to him, once again with the energy ball deal.

Landed at a dark lifeless place I have never seen before.

A burnt out palace. Why had I been brought here?
