Over a thousand years ago, Esther Mikaelson bore several children, five of which, became the Original Vampires due to the youngest being killed by the beasts they shared their village with. But what Esther and Mikael never spoke of, was their first born whom had tragically died in the Old World from the plague. Well, that's what they believed, for a time.

It never occurred to the Mikaelson children to ask about their eldest sibling, what was their name? Was it a girl or a boy? How old were they? Why did they die of the plague when their parents weren't touched by it?

But you see, there was also another object of the story they didn't tell either, the Mikaelson parents did not find out about the New World from spirits, it was from another family from the old village that they lived in, what Mikael did not know, was that they were beasts too, which was why they heard of the village in the new world, but Esther did.

Esther had slept with one of the sons of the family of beasts twice in her lifetime, the first, in the Old World where she gave birth to his child, and the second in the New World, where Niklaus was born. Both times, Esther lied about whom the father really was.

Nikole Mikaelson, the first born child, didn't die of the plague, in-fact she followed her parents to the New World and lived just outside the village. Nikole knew of her true father, he was a beast on the full moon, regardless of the fact he didn't know of Nikole's relation to him, she made him a moonlight ring, preventing him from turning at all. 

Nikole was a powerful Witch, she had a Grimore filled with impossible spells. For an example, to become immortal, how to create daylight and moonlight rings... She knew these spells because she created them, at the age of eighteen, the year she faked her death was when she became the first immortal.

Nikole Mikaelson is the first Original, and twenty years hence that day, Esther stole her Grimore and turned her children into the Original Vampires. 

One thousand years later in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Nikole found her younger siblings and the raging war that surrounded them, this is where the story takes hold, this is where Nikole becomes the eldest Mikaelson.

For ages I've been wanting to write this book, and finally, I have. Hopefully, people will like it. Enjoy readers, and if not? I'll delete it and unfortunately never re-post it again...
