Soulmates- Part 2

Weeks passed and Chenle and Jisung had seen to be getting closer. But so had Donghyuck and his soulmate. It came so quickly it was so sudden. Jaemin had found his soulmate, but his soulmate hasn't found him yet.

After Chenle finding his soulmate they immediately connected. They acted like long time friends who hadn't seen eachother in a long time. Jisung immediately invited Chenle to come sit with him at lunch, and of course Chenle being the happy boy he was agreed with no hesitation. Jisung was kind enough to not ignore Jaemin and Donghyuck. "Do you guys wanna come sit with us to?" he kindly asked with a smile. Without nothing to do for lunch they both agreed. Jisung then shooke hands as a polite gesture. When he shook hands with Jaemin the same exact rhing happned, but his string had brightened then dulled. Do both Renjun and Jisung have something to do with my soulmate? Jaemin thought to himself.

Lunch came by in a flash. Jaemin and Donghyuck followed the kids infront of them. They both watched as Jisung dragged Chenle along to their lunch table while laughing at some joke one of them said. Chenle and Jisung sat down and giggled. As Jaemin sat down he saw Donghyuck stand there looking around. He remembered Donghyuck's timer as he followed Donghyucks bright string of fate. It led to a tall kid with brown hair walking towards the table. Jaemin watched as the tall kid with brown hair approched the table with another kid same height but black hair. As The brown hair kid sat down Donghyuck swears he hears time slow and tick. The young man looks up to the standing Donghyuck and also stands up. "Oh sorry, where are my manners, I'm Mark." and after the introduction Donghyuck swears he hears ringing. Jaemin is watching in awe as he witnesses another close friend find their soulmate on the same day. Jaemin watches as Donghyuck raises his hand to shake with Mark's. Mark freezes when their hands touch. "I'm Donghyuck." Mark smiles as he pulls his hand away. He puts his palm out and on it is written Donghyuck. Jaemin knew what this link was. It was the link where your soulmate's name was written on your palm. Of course anyone else could claim to be their soulmate. What made Mark believe it was Haechan was the fact that a tattoo had appeared on both their hands. They both shyly smiled at eachother and sat down. Jaemin turned to Donghyuck and whispered a "Congratulations." Mark put his hand out for Jaemin to shake and when he lifted up his hand to shake Naemin noticed that his string was much much shorter. He looked down and noticed that it connected with the black haired boy. After shaking Mark's hand he sat down kind of in shock. Jaemin stared at his string and the boy across from him. "I'm Jeno." he introduced also jutting out his hand for Jaemin to shake. Jaemin sat there in disbelief that they could all find their soulmates on the first day of school. Donghyuck shook Jeno's hand since Jaemin left him hanging. Jeno smiled at Donhyuck and Donghyuck gave a apologetic look. "Sorry, I'm Jaemin." Jaemin shook Jeno's hand. And this Jaemin was pretty sure of that when they shook hands there was a shock. It was weird. Different from shaking hands with the others. He was sure Jeno also felt it because he watched as Jeno froze up for a split second but eased like nothing happened. Jaemin was waiting. He saw that their strings were connected. They both felt that shock. Where were the tattoos? Jaemin sat there wondering if this was some type of mistake. Then they all turned to a familiar voice. "Did I miss something?" the familiar voice belonged to the one and only Renjun. Renjun sat down besides Jeno. "Hi, I'm Renjun, but I think you guys already know that." he smiled. Everyone laughed. "Wait, you know them?" Jeno curiously asked. Everyone nodded in unison. "We all met in first period." Renjun said. Jeno nodded in understanding. "Well I guess we should introduce ourselves too." Jeno said. "What do you mean, we already introduced ourselves dummy." Renjun retorted. "I meant us as a couple." Jeno said. Jaemin, Chenle, and Donghyuck watched as Renjun turned in to a blushing mess. "Hey, I'm Jeno, and this is my boyfriend Renjun." They all stared in utter shock. Then everyone started teasing them and laughing. When Jeno announced him and Renjun were dating it clicked for him. What the article stated by saying gotten closer was that they were to both be in love with one another. No wonder it didn't work, because Jeno loves Renjun not his soulmate.
