Elizabeth's p.o.v

BANG! BANG! again the sound of bullet's firing was heard and came the sound of my stepfather's blood curdling screams of pain and fear, "WHERE IS THE GIRL?" roared a voice of an unfamiliar man "she *gasp* she *gasp* is uh- upsta-". Oh good lord! No this can't happen! please save me! I cried out.

*BANG*

  Dead silence was all I could hear as the sound of another bullet sounded. This was it, he, he, he'll get to me now. That thought made me almost sob out loud, the house was already quiet that you'd hear if you drop a pin to the floor the neighbors could hear it.

   All of a sudden I heard foot step's approach where i was hiding. I quickly started to make myself more smalling than i alreasy was by bringing my knee's close to my face and holding my hands in place to keep me in a balled up position.

"BOO!" My heart almost stopped beating for a moment. There was a man crutching down to the same level as me on the floor. He was looking at me with an amused look on in his eye's while I was starring at him with wide eye's.

I saw him slowly reach his hand out to me which I found very confusing. He must have seen it on my face that he whispered "come on love, take my hand and come out" I knew he was gonna hurt me when I come out so I just shook my head no hoping he would just let me be here. I hear him sigh a little "darling how are you even managing to stay there like that, come out, I promise I won't hurt you" he said pleading me a little with his eye's.

Me being the stupid me decided to give my hand to him slowly, which he took and mde me crawl out of the small space on the cupboard. I look up at his face to see he was a very handsome man, he kept staring at me like he couldn't believe it was me there.

"Are you gonna kill me?" I whispered looking at his face as he helped me stand up. I see him sigh as he looked at me with his beautiful gray eye's. "What makes you think I'm gonna kill you?". I just shrugged. Before I know what's happening I'm being picked up bridal style.

A small squeal escaped my lips as I put my hands around his neck like my life depended on him and I saw him smirk which made me wonder what was wrong with this man. Is he sane?

He looked t me and his smirk widened even more, then he started to walk towards the stairs. I presumed he was going to take me somewhere and probably rape me or sell me or kill me. The thoughts made my eyes water so I closed then and sighed a little hoping he had not heard.

As I felt us both reach down stairs I opened my eyes to see if I could find papa.

The sight in front of me broke my heart, my papa was on the phone blood all over him and the area surrounding him. He was barely breathing.

I wanted to go and be there with him that I forgot I was being carried by an utter stranger and started struggling against him "put me down" I said as I started to wiggle and squirm in his hands, which made him tighten his hold on me which made it difficult to wiggle or make him let go of me "put me DOWN" to which he finally put me down, but he quickly caught my wrist to stop me from reaching my papa.

I could see my poor papa trying to take breath but failing miserably, finally I broke down in tears and fell to the floor on my knee's trying to crawl over to him but the man just wouldn't let go of my wrists "papa, papa *sob* please h-h ol *sob* on".

I again tugged on my wrists and thankfully the man left it, the sudden action made me almost bang my head on the floor but I quickly managed to recover and I got up.

I ran to my papa as soon as I got up floor the floor. I went near him and cradled his head in my lap as my eyes shed fat tears non-stop. I was barely able to breath but I still managed to choke out a few words "papa. Please hold on, I'm here now" I sobed, then I looked at the man who had brought me from upstairs looking at me surprised.

But its my first chapter and let me tell you English is not my first language so if I made some typo mistakes then forgive me.
