"Brother? Im sure i closed my doors after you were born" Rosè's mom said.
"Hello, im Mark Tuan, Mrs Tuan's son, Rosè's half brother" Mark says.
Her mother blinked a couple of times, "You're alive? Does your father know about this?" Mrs.Kim asked.
"He just ran out after i confronted him" Mark said.
"Oh honey, we need to get you somewhere safe. You know how he's like" Mrs.Kim says. Mark nods.
"Rosè.." her mother then ran to her and hugged her. "Im so sorry, this is all my fault. I was the only person you had but i slapped you. Im really sorry" Mrs.Kim says.
"Gwenchana omma" Rosè smiles back at her mom.
"And who is he?" Mrs.Kim looks to Jaebom.
"A-anyeonghasayo. Im Mark's friend, Jaebom" Jaebom introduces himself.
"Neh. Why dont you stay for dinner?" Mrs.Kim says.
"But appa..?" Rosè looked concerned.
"He wont be home until tomorrow morning. You know how he's like when he's angry. He tends to drink alot and doesn't show up at home on time" Rosè's mom says.
"We would love to stay for dinner" Mark tells Mrs.Kim as they settle themselves in...
As Mark and Jaebom are about to leave, Hyuna runs downstairs with her bags.
"Where are you going?" Mrs.Kim asks.
"To a friends" Hyuna says and walks out.
"Just like her father" Mark says.
"It was nice having you" Rosè says. Mark and Jaebom then leave, and Rosè closes the door behind her.
"I need to take my medication" Rosè walks into the kitchen. After taking her medication, her mother calls her into the living room.
Rosè comes, and sits down next to her mother.
"What is it mom?" Rosè asks.
"Rosè you know your mother really well. That if i make a decision for you, it's for the best. You know that right" Mrs.Kim says.
"Of course omma, you always want the best for me" she replies.
"I've done alot for you, to bring you up properly and be a kind and humble person to help others. And i need a favour in return" Mrs.Kim says.
"What is that omma? You know i'll do anything for you" she replies.
"You need to accept my request, and marry Yugyeom" Mrs.Kim says.
"B-bwo?" Rosè looked at her mother, confused.
"I went to Yugyeom's house today, and I've talked with the family and they've accepted to keep you as their daughter in law" Her mother states.
"Omma, why would you? You promised me i can marry the person who i want! Someone i love! I dont love Yugyeom!" Rosè shouts.
"Honey, listen to me. Im doing this for you-"
"How? This is no good to me at all! Yugyeom hates me!" Rosè interuppts her mother.
"Darling. This baby is important to you. And right now, we know your father is trying to kill you and the baby. He doesn't want you as his daughter, so he wont accept the baby either. If you found someone you love, then fair enough. I would have let you marry that person but look at how the news potrayed you as. Im not saying your a bad person but because you have been potrayed that way, no family is going to accept you. You need to understand that becoming Yugyeom's wife is a great way to keep you and your baby safe" Mrs.Kim says to her daughter.
After some thought, Rosè comes to a realisation that everything her mother is saying, is correct.
"You're both meeting each other tomorrow and in the evening we're having dinner at Yugyeom's house. Okay? I want to make this work. I want the best future for you" Her mother said.
Rosè hugged her mother, "arresso."
"Thank you for understanding me Rosè."
