anayiah's pov
The sound of my phone ringing was the dreadful way that I woke up this morning. With closed eyes, I searched for my phone and when I found it, I answered the call.
"Hello?" I said groggily.
"Anayiah? Anayiah, is that you?"
"Who is this and why do you know my name?" I asked, sitting up in confusion.
"Don't you remember me, girl? It's Noelle, your best friend! Where are you?"
"Look, I don't have a bestfriend. And I certainly don't know a Noelle so don't call back, you hear me?" I yelled into the phone and hung up before receiving an answer. I sighed and looked around before realising that Jermaine wasn't here. I stood up and walked to the kitchen and I found a note, laying on the table.
"Good morning, princess!
I had to go to work early today and I didn't wanna wake you. Remember the rules I mentioned from last night!
Love, Jermaine x"
I frowned, remembering the unnecessary rules that he gave me. I looked inside the fridge for something to eat and grabbed everything I needed to make myself some pancakes.

"AIDEN! AIDEN, WAKE UP!" I shouted as I ran to his room. He opened his eyes wide and he shot up from his bed.
"Huh? What happened?"
"I just spoke to Anayiah!"
"What? W-What did she say?" He stuttered, now fully awake.
"She said that she doesn't have a bestfriend called Noelle and shouted at me to never call back. It seemed like she's forgotten me or doesn't know who I am. But I'm certain that it's Anayiah." I said, suddenly realising the situation. I woke up this morning and I felt the need to try and call her phone so I did. And she answered. But she doesn't know who I am.
"Don't worry bout it. She'll come around. But for now, we just gotta worry about finding her. He reassured as he stood up from his bed and gave me a quick side hug. I don't know what it was but I felt something as he hugged me. Something I shouldn't feel.

After eating, watching TV, singing to myself and then eating once again, I decided to explore a little. I know Jermaine wouldn't like me doing this but it's my phone after all. And he didn't really say anything about not going on my own phone wo, why not? I unlocked my phone and I went through my contacts. I scrolled through some and stared at the important ones, contemplating whether I should call them or not.

The last one stood out to me the most. My finger hovered over the name as I thought this through. This has to be Jermaine, right? Jermaine is my boyfriend, so why am I doubting this? After reassuring myself for a minute, I pressed on the contact and I let it ring.

"Do you have her?" He asked me.
"Y-Yeah. I do. But there is no way in hell that you're taking her." I warned, staring into his dark, evil eyes.
"Don't worry. It's not her I want."
"What do you mean?" I say, with confusion.
"You wanted Anayiah to yourself, right?"
"Y-yeah, of course I did. I don't see where you're going with this..." I slowly said.
