Love Is Such A Ugly Thing

I have a pistol in my room

  I woke up and felt so weird and then I remembered what happen last night. I hugged my body and began to cry luckily Austin already left or so I hope. I knew what I was getting myself into when I started daiting Austin.
 
   I go home so I can change and meet Alondra and Jackie for breakfast. I brush my teeth and do my make up. I put on some soccer leggings, a cut off shirts that shows you my stomach with some nike air Jordan's. My hair in a ponytail I looked good so I left when I reached the cafe in the mall I see Jackie waving and I see Alondra smiling a little. So she was thinking about it to no wonder she was not texting me. I sit at there table and hug them especially Alondra from what she's been through she needs one. "So how is it going with you and Austin anything juicy?" I laugh and nod I tell her about what happen when Omar left but that's it because that's the only juicy thing that happen. Jackie has a boyfriend his name is Nathaniel but everybody calls him Nate. "So how are you and Nathaniel doing?" She smiles a sly smile and looks at us " we did it!" I was so shocked but at the same time happy for her "damn girl! Get it!" I say laughing and they both laugh to. 

 We order and keep talking, and I see Austin and I smile but I then see he is talking to a girl around our age, she has dirty blonde hair and I can see the electric blue eyes from here, her curves are so big she look like Malibu Barbie. My eyes start to see red but I control myself it could just be a friend, but I then see her putting her filthy hand on my man's chest. Jackie and Alondra start looking at what I'm looking at and they are furious.

I keep seeing them and he is laughing and not moving her filthy hand,  she then does a flirty hair flip and he smiles. My heart is hurting and everything is blurry, but what ends it all is that he puts a strand of hair behind her ear and she rubs his cheek. I stand up making noise and he looks my way and his eyes go from happy to shocked. I quickly grab my things and leave, I hear my name but I keep walking picking up the pace eventually running. When I get outside I see a limo and a man comes around to my side and opens the door for me. I'm confused but I get in not wanting to face him.

I enter the limo and see my mom "mija como estas?" She says giving me a hug. I shrug and tell her everything that happens and she gives me a sad smile.

(Translation: honey how are you?)

"Baby he is a idiot and does not deserve a hermosa girl like you." She says giving me a side hug.

(Translation: beautiful)

I then look around the limo and realize we can't afford this. "Mom what are we doing in limo when we can barely buy anything luxurious." She sighs and looks out the window and then at me "your father wants to see you mija" She says and I nearly faint, I haven't seen my father since I was 5 when he left for work that I never knew of.

(Translation: honey)

"After all these years he wants to see me?!" I say angrily and she puts her hand on my "your father is a very rich and busy man but do you wanna know how he earns the money?" She asked leaning on the seat crossing her legs and arms.

I nod and she sighs "Miss Alvarez we have arrived at the mansion." The driver says and I look out and see a huge white house with lime stone and marble. There was a front garden and the flowers were gorgeous.

We arrive at a huge entrance with white doors men open them for us. We are then greeted by a girl who had blacked hair and lights grey eyes and tanned skin. "Welcome, I'm Bella and your father asked me to give you some company while he talks to your mother in that room." She says pointing to a large brown door, I walk  with Bella and sit on the couch.

"Your father told me to get you out of trouble but that seems boring," she says and I smile "I like you." I say and she laughs and head to the backyard where there is a huge pool and a garden right next to it. Me and Bella walk around the garden and I tell her about my awful day "he is gonna pay, I have a pistol I can get if you want." I laugh and hug her and she laughs and hugs me back.

We exchange numbers and walk for awhile more until a man says my father would like to see me. I go into the room my mom went in to find that it is a study, books everywhere and one desk in the middle of the room. I see a man with black hair turning gray and tan skin, when I close the door he looks up and I see he has light brown eyes like me.

"Hello Diana please have a seat," I sit down and he looks at me with a warm smile "I'm guessing you want an explanation of why I wanted to see you after all these years" my dad says and I nod.

"Well the reason is that I wanted to protect you, I wanted to protect you because I'm the leader of the most biggest mafia in the world and there were people looking for you, but now there gone and I want you and your mother to stay with me." I look at him so confused and I had this big question to ask him "I'm Italian?" I ask and he nods "you are part Italian from my side and Mexican from your mothers." He says and I nod "so what am I in this whole situation?" I ask curious to see my status in this he he gives me a beautiful pink ring and I put it on, it had a rose symbol on it. "You my daughter are the Mafia princess welcome to your new life."

I smile and look at the ring I finally have my family, and thing we're gonna get interesting.
