HOW IT WORKS

You can join by filling out the form in the next chapter. The first 25 people to join will start off in the game. You can still signup after that, you'll be put on the Waiting List.

The chapter for each day will have clan news, allegiances and etc. Roleplay and game commands will take place in the comments.

1 real day = 1 moon. 3 real days = 1 season.

Roleplaying a optional feature. You don't have to roleplay, but please be active in commands. If you do roleplay, please do so only in the chains designated for roleplaying, so it's in a chain. It keeps everything from being too cluttered. New comments are only for commands. If you want to join a patrol, or reply back to a command, please do so in a reply to the first comment, so that we can tell which patrol you want to join, or who you want to breed with, etc.

If you hunt in in the roleplay commands, you won't catch anything that actually affects the game. That's what we have commands for!

You have two energy points each day, unless you're injured or sick. A task takes up one energy point. Tasks are: hunting, patrolling, training, foraging, healing, breeding and defending.

To make a command actually affect the clan, it must start with "/" and explain the task. For example, /hunt alone. An admin will reply to your comment, Sandstorm went hunting alone and caught 5 prey. The amount of prey you catch will depend on your skill level.

Some commands may include other cats such as patrolling, hunting or breeding. You must have the character's name in your command, /hunt with Squirrelflight. The cats you tagged must reply back to the SAME command in a chain, /hunt with Sandstorm.

Once everyone has said the command, it will be replyed back to by an admin. Squirrelflight and Sandstorm went hunting and caught 8 prey!

The maximum amount of cats that can do a task together is 4.

TASKS

Hunting: You can send your cat to catch prey for the clan. To go alone, use /hunt alone. To go with others, use /hunt with (names) The amount of prey you catch depends on your hunting skill level, and yes, it's possible to catch 0 prey. Only warriors, apprentices, leaders and deputies can hunt. There is a partner hunting bonus, so for every two cats that hunt together, so for every two cats that hunt together, it adds 1 prey to your total.

Foraging: You can send your cat to gather herbs, which are essential to heal injured or sick cats. /forage alone or /forage with (names) are the two commands you can use. The amount of herbs brought back depends on your cats foraging skill, and yes, it's possible to come back with 0 herbs. Only medicine cats and medicine cat apprentices can forage. There is a foraging partner bonus, so for every two cats that forage together, it adds 1 herb to your total.

Patrolling: You can send your cat to patrol the border, which brings up the border strength by 1. The higher the border strength is out of 20, the less likely the clan will be attacked. /patrol with (names) is the only command you can use. You must have 4 cats on a patrol. On a patrol, your cat may encounter signs of badgers, foxes, rogues or twolegs, which all pose a danger to the clan. The border strength will naturally decrease by 2 each day.

Training: Training increases a cat's skill level. You have to find a warrior or medicine cat with a higher skill level than you to train with. /train hunting skill with (name) or /train battle skill with (name) are the only commands you can use. Only the cat with the lower skill level will be trained. You need to train twice to raise a level up by 1.

Healing: You can heal a cat using herbs with the command /heal (patient's name). Only medicine cats and medicine cat apprentices can heal. Different types of injuries and sicknesses require a higher skill level and more herbs than others. The patient can only be healed once a day.

Breeding: Breeding will allow more people to join the game as kits. After both cats submit the command /breed with (mate's name), the she-cat becomes a queen. The next day, a litter of 3-5 kits will be born. You can become mates with someone by mutual agreement or building a relationship during roleplaying.

Defending: When the clan gets attacked by rogues, foxes or badgers, the clan needs to work together to defeat the enemies. Use the command /defend

If your cat's battle skill is too low, (Lvl. 2 or lower), use /hide.

SKILL LEVELS

Skill Levels go from Level 0 to Level 5.

Hunting, Foraging, Healing and Battling are separate skills and have to be leveled up separately. Kits start at level 0. When you become an apprentice, you will be given a mentor, but you can train with any cat with a higher skill level than you. Even if you become a full warrior or med cat, you can still train!

HEALTH & HUNGER

Cats can be injured from a twoleg trap, or from defending the camp. There are three types: slightly injured, injured and severely injured.

You can be healed by a med cat!

You can't go on tasks when you're injured (though slightly injured only takes away 1 energy) If you don't get healed while you're severely injured, YOUR CAT WILL DIE!

Cats will automatically eat at the end of the day, but if there isn't enough prey, some will go hungry.

1 day without food, hungry.

2 days without food, starving. If your starving, it takes away 1 energy. If you eat, you will go back to hungry. But if you don't eat for 3 days, YOUR CAT WILL DIE!

There is an eating order.
