It was a hazy, summer afternoon of July when Roselia had just finished practice and everybody left. As she was walking home, Ako stared at the tangerine rays that flooded the sky and she began thinking about what she would like for dinner. "Hmm... We could have potato chips!" she thought to herself, but proceeded to shake her head as she knew that Tomoe would only object that idea. She continued to think for a while until realizing that she forgot her textbook back in the practice room. "Ahh!" She started to run back and ended up bumping into Sayo.

"Ah, sorry! Are you okay, Sayo-san?"

"Oh, I'm fine. But Udagawa-san? What are you doing? I thought you had to go home." Sayo responded.

"I accidentally forgot my textbook.." Ako laughed nervously.

"I see, would you like me to come with you?"

"Huh? You wouldn't mind? I mean.. You don't have to!" Ako was hesitant as she didn't want to be a burden to Sayo.

"It's quite alright, I think I forgot my guitar pick anyway."

"Oh, you too huh? I guess the heat may have gotten to our heads!"

Sayo agreed and they both headed back to the practice room. While walking, Ako noticed that Sayo was acting particularly nicer than usual today. She kept peering at her and each time she did, her heart would start to skip a beat.

"Udagawa-san. I can't help but notice you keep looking at me, is something the matter?"

"A-ah uh.. No, sorry." Ako got flustered and averted her eyes into the other direction.

"Well, it's not like it's bothering me or anything. I just wondered if I had something on my face.."

"Oh, you don't! I guess I'm just being weird, haha."

"That's understandable. Well, should we be moving faster? It seems like the sun is going to set quite soon."

Ako nodded and they both continued on their way.
