Volunteers wanted for refugee rehabilitation in Italy

The Clover Foundation has confirmed our second charity mission and we are proud to announce that we will be joining forces with the British Red Cross to offer aid and support to refugees in Camini, Italy.

Operation Camini is a rehabilitation program for refugees in Italy's Reggio Calabria who have escaped their war-destroyed homeland to seek a better life in Europe. Refugees from Eritrea, Tunisia, Pakistan, Libya and Nigeria are amongst the highest proportion of refugees making up the numbers in Italian refugee camps.

Volunteers will help these refugees to integrate into Italian society and to start building their new lives away from war and torture that they have suffered in their own countries. The mission will be ongoing for four weeks between 5 February and 5 March 2018. Mary-Ellen will not be volunteering for the whole four weeks due to school commitments but she will be in Camini from 17 — 24 February at the refugee centres helping the charity.

If you wish to apply for volunteering, please clink the link for an application form. Any further questions, please contact us through email or telephone.

Any volunteers who wish to help in Operation Camini will receive a thank-you package of Spider-Man Homecoming memorabilia signed by Mary-Ellen.
