Lance was chained to the wall his face was emotionless he couldn't talk he couldn't scream. He was just their, sometimes a half galra half altean visits him, he was named lotor. He would bandage lance up and make sure he was fed and was staying hydrated he would also give lance false hope
"Your going to be fine!" Lotor said with tears in his eyes as he was bandaging lances neck from the electric shock created by the witch Haggar,"your team will be here soon I've sent coordinates to them you'll be safe in no time!" Still just stood their with a emotionless face

She took away lances voice. His only way of communication

Keith
Once we got the coordinates from the blade of marmora they confirmed it was real, lance was alive in that ship
We all broke into tears jumping up and down
Lance hade been missing for about 2 months now. Princess Allura was controlling the blue lion for the time being so they could keep up with the fight against the galra empire the castle was very empty without an annoying lance. Hunk was a total reck, Pidge was doing everything by herself and never asked for help, shiro was mostly seen with Allura in the control room, coran was always cleaning and talking to himself, Keith was wearing lances jacket and spent a lot of his time training

When he entered the room he let everything he held back for 2 months all out. He started crying and started yelling for the others. Sooner or later the others came into the room
"I knew he wasn't dead!" Pidge said sounding the happiest she's ever been Sense a wile
"Shiro cut lance down and carry him to the red lion so he can get to a healing pod quickly me and Pidge will watch out for more galra" Allura commanded also sounding relived," hunk! Get ready to cover Keith's lion"
"On it princess!" Hunk said as he was shooting down the pods outside and defending the castle
