Growing up Bryant and I were thick as thieves. He was the tall lanky boy with braces and I was the short, hefty girl with glasses. When you were a kid, you didn't care what your playmate looked like, all that mattered was that they shared the same love of the same games as you. We did everything together and I was sure that we were going to be best friends forever. Little did I know that fate had different plans for us.
As Junior High grew near, Bryant brought me up to his tree house. He had set out sleeping bags, a picnic dinner and his telescope, so we could watch the stars. "Hayley, there's something I have to tell you and I'm not sure how to say it," he began with a frown as he ran a hand through his dusty brown hair.
"Just tell me," I replied as my honey eyes studied him through my glasses.
He closed his blue eyes and took a deep breath before opening them again and staring me right in the eyes. "We're moving. Dad got a job offer in California and mom says he needs to take it," he finally said sadly.
My face dropped at the news. "But that's clear across the country," I cried as tears welled in my eyes.
Bryant pulled me into a hug and rested his chin on top of my head. "We can still write each other and make calls, it will be like I'm still here! When I turn eighteen I will come back," he then assured me as he broke the hug and smiled widely at me.
A small smile lifted my lips slightly, but even that was forced. We decided to make the most of that night by stargazing, eating and talking all night. The following days were a blur of emotions before my best friend was taken away from me.
"Ms. Barker, there's a call for you on line one. A Mister Bryant Green," my secretary, Sadie announced through the intercom.
Just the name alone sent my heart into a frenzy. I hadn't heard from Bryant since our Freshman year of high school. After taking a calming breath, I picked up the receiver, "This is Hayley," I replied in my most professional voice.
"Hay! It's Bryant," a completely unfamiliar and very masculine voice replied on the other end. "I moved back and just had to look you up. I've been thinking about you, Hay. Is there anyway we can get together for dinner tonight," he asked in a rush.
Biting my lip, I had debated on saying no, but the truth was, I needed to see my best friend. "Alright, Frederick's at seven," I replied back. "See you then."
Outfit after outfit flew from my closet as I looked for the perfect thing to wear to meet Bryant. No longer was I the short fat girl with glasses. The summer before Junior year of high school the weight dropped off of me and I traded my glasses for contacts. After that, I continued to work out and eat right, maintaining my body. I finally settled on a pink, form fitting cocktail dress that hugged all the right curves. My dark hair was left down to show off the natural waves in it.
I had just enough time to pull on my heels and grab my purse before running out the door to my car. The drive took a little longer than expected, but I arrived just in time. After tossing my keys to the valet and getting my ticket, I walked hurriedly inside.
There were many people and I wasn't sure I'd be able to recognize Bryant. However, I didn't have to. A second later a tall man ran over with a huge goofy smile on his tanned face. His dusty brown hair was slicked back, showing off his bright blue eyes. "Hayley," he asked before picking me up in a giant bear hug.
It took a moment to register the fact that this giant bear of a man was my Bryant. "Bry! Look at you," I finally replied as I wrapped my arms around him and embraced him back. "No longer lanky," I added as he set me down, still grinning from ear to ear.
"Nope. Been working out and surfing," he replied as he lead me to a private booth in the back of the restaurant. "I'm sorry it took so long for us to be reunited," he then said as he pulled out my chair for me. "I had plans to come back when I was eighteen, but then my father died and it was hard for my mom," he sat down across from me and frowned.
I fiddled with the menu as I thought of something to say in reply. "Well, you're only five years late," I finally stated with a half smile.
A deep chuckle rumbled in his chest as he grabbed my hand from across the table. "You're still as beautiful as you were when we were kids," he said softly as he brought my knuckles to his lips and kissed them softly. Through the contact I got a jolt of desire that ran through me although I didn't say anything to him, since I didn't want to seem presumptuous.
Through dinner we talked and shared stories, but once the dinner and wine were through, I dreaded that the night would end. "Come to my place for a nightcap," Bryant suggested as we headed for the valet.
"I'd love to," I replied almost too eagerly as I gave the valet my ticket. He smiled and I followed him to his grand estate.
After parking, he lead me into the mansion where maid and butlers bustled about. "Come to my study, I have Brandy in there and no one will intrude," he whispered in a husky voice as he wrapped an arm around my waist and lead me into a side door. A roaring fire was glowing in the fireplace. On the floor sat a bear skin rug. A couch a desk and a few chairs decorated the room, while the walls were lined with built in floor to ceiling bookshelves, full of books. "Impressive," I mused as he poured two glasses of Brandy and handed one over to me.
"I aim to please," he replied as he came up behind me and placed a few kisses along my neck.
My head lolled to the side on instinct as I set my glass down beside his. His hands traveled from my waist to my breasts were he gave a firm squeeze as he sucked softly on my neck. "Bryant," I moaned as his big hands groped my chest and his teeth grazed my earlobe.
He turned me around and yanked my shirt off in a nearly effortless move before our lips met in a heated kiss. His tongue danced with mine as our hands struggled to remove each other's clothes. "God I've waited so long for this," he breathlessly said as the kiss broke and he looked over my naked body.
Gently he laid me on the bear skin rug and hovered over me with hunger in his blue eyes. Before I could reply, his mouth had made its way to my breast, taking my breath away as his teeth gently tugged on my pert nipple while his hand gently groped and fondled my other breast. My hands tangled in his hair as his hot mouth traveled south, leaving searing kisses down my abdomen. His warm tongue teased my opening before delving inside of my folds. As his tongue lapped at my core, his hands reached up again to grope my breasts.
My back arched off of the rug as I tugged at his hair, my moans of pleasure growing louder with each flick of his tongue. When I finally couldn't take it for another second, I yelled out for him to fuck me. Bryant lifted his face from between my legs before licking his lips with a devilish grin on his face. "With pleasure," he replied as he brought his body back to hover over me, his erect dick pressed against my core.
As he slid himself inside, he gave me a deep, lust driven kiss which muffled my moan. He used one hand to pin my wrists above my head as he began thrusting deeply. My legs wrapped around him as I rotated my hips counterclockwise from his thrusts, making him grunt. "God Hayley, you're going to be the death of me," he growled into my ear as his thrusting became more fierce and driven.
I rotated my hips again, with a playful smirk on my face. His cock throbbed inside of me and I knew he was close. After two more thrusts, he quickly pulled out and came on my breasts. We both panted as he fell heavily on the floor beside me. "Guess a shower is in order," I purred seductively into his ear.
His lips captured mine and he grinned at me. "I think you're right."
