(Demi sitting in her room with Miley). "So you two are dating now? After all he's put you through.. Seriously Miley?" She asked. "He's changed Demi. I know he has." Miley tells her. "Miley, are you listening to yourself? He had a different girlfriend last week! And he's "changed" no... Miley, he hasn't." Demi said, (shaking her head a little). "Blah! You don't know what you're talking about!" Miley yells. "Yes I do. He's a jerk. He's just going to break your heart again and you know it! So don't even act like he's Mr. Perfect. Because he's not. He's going to be a senior next year. And you're going to be here, alone. He's going to chest one you! But you're too blind to realize it!" Demi yells. "No, Demi! He's not! We're still going to be in the same school. Nothing is going to change!" She yells.

~The Next Day. At School~

(Selena see's Nick at his locker and walks up to him). "Nicky.." She said. (He recognized the voice, he turned to face her). "Hey, Sel. What's up?" He asked. "Can we talk..?" She asked, (kinda nervous). "Yeah. What's on your mind, Selena?" He asked. "Are you dating her? Have you moved on that quickly? Why would you go back to her? You left her for me, am I not good enough anymore..?" She asked him. (He runs his fingers through his hair). "Hey look.. I don't feel like talking about this. I am dating her. She makes me happy Selena. Not that you didn't.. It's just.. Miley is different." He tells her. "So I'm just completely out of the picture?" She asked, (hurt). "What do you mean out of the picture? Selena you were my longest relationship. I'll never forget you. But I think it'd be best if we stayed friends." Nick tells her. "But what changed Nicky?! What did I do? How does she make you happier now?!" She asked, (yelling a little). "Please don't call me Nicky anymore. I have to get to class. Bye. Sel.." He said.

~During Lunch~

(Miley walks into the cafeteria). (Nick sees Miley and runs up to her). "Come with me.." He said. (He lead her out of the school and to this secret place he knows of). "What are you doing Nick?" She asked. "Spending time with my favourite girl." (He smiles). "Is that me..?" She asked. "Yes it is." He nods. (He gently pushes her against the wall and kisses her softly, pulling away but their lips are still barely touching). (She wraps her arms around his neck). (Gently grabs her neck and kisses her again). (Deepens the kiss, messes with his hair). (Put his hands on her butt). (Pulls away smiling). "Wow." She said. (He nods). "Yeah.. Wow." He smiles. (She laughs to herself). "I really wish we could of this somewhere else, other than outside our school." She said, (frowning). "Well maybe I can come by your house after school if no ones home." He suggests. (She nods and kisses his cheek). "Ok, I'll let you know if anyone's home." She smiles. "Oh and Miley? Don't tell anyone we're dating. Okay? It's not that I don't want people to know. I just think that we should take things really slow." He tells her. "What..? You don't want people knowing that were dating? Why not?" She asked. "Trust me baby. I'll tell them in time." He assures her. (Hurt but tries her best to hide it). "Oh.. Ok.." She murmured. "Don't be sad. Please.. I just need to take some time. I really like you, Miley. But people will think I'm still the same man whore if I start dating you now. I just need to take some time." He tells her, (feeling bad). "It's whatever. I'll just go back inside and you can come in a couple of minutes so no one will see us walking together." She tells him. (She looks up to Nick, with tears in her eyes and walks back into the school).

~That weekend. Saturday Night~

(Demi singing). "I've been thinking about you, and how we used to be, yeah, back when you didn't have to win, we could try again.. Do you remember, do you remember, do you remember all the great times we had?!" (Miley looks down at her phone and reads the text Nick had just sent her; replying to it and then looking at Demi$. "Stop singing." (She laughs). (Singing). "If it's alright with you, then it's alright with me, baby let's take this time, let's make new memories.. Do you rememberrrr?!"

(Trish runs into Miley's room crying, holding her arm). "Hunny, pack your bags.. We're leaving." She tries. (Billy storms into Miley's room as well). "You aren't take her anywhere! Miley don't you dare pack your bags!" He yells. (Miley looks at her mom, standing up, ready to face her dad). "What the hell did you do?!" She asked, (yelling at her dad). "Excuse me?!" He yells. (Slaps Miley across the face). "What did you just say to me?!" He asked, (screaming at her). "We're leaving Billy. I'm done with you and your ways of treating out children!" She yells. (Spitting on him). "Pack your bags Miley. I'll be in the car." She tells her daughter. (She walks out of the room). "Don't you dare leave this room!" He yells. (He walks out of Miley's room).

(Miley holding her face from where her dad hit her). "I'm so sorry. Demi." She apologizes. "Hun, don't be sorry. I'm coming with you. Go pack your stuff." Demi demands. (She nods). "Ok.." She said. (She packs all her stuff and leaves the house with Demi).

(Billy looks through the window at Demi and Miley get into the car, they get into the car and he flips Miley off the window). "Where are we going?" Miley asked her mom. "I've rented a house next to grandmas. It was the only one available in the neighbourhood, please don't complain. And behave yourself." Trish tells her. "How long are we going to be staying there?" Miley asked. "I really don't know Miley. Probably until your father learns to control himself." Trish said. "Ok.. I'll tell Nick..." She said. (She takes out her phone and texts Nick). (Message: Hey.. I'm leaving.. Don't know when I'll be back.. I can't talk now.. I'll talk to you later..).

~3 days later..~

"Mom? Dad? I need to talk to you guys.." Nick said. "What is it, Hun?" Denise asked. "I have a new girlfriend. Her name is Miley." Nick tells them.

I wonder how his parents will react that he is now dating Miley again. What's wrong with Billy? He needs help like ASAP... I wonder if Nick will protect her even more?? Let's find out shall we?
