Brien grabbed the last magazine he has on the table and reloaded his gun, aiming the 100 meters away shooting target for his last test this afternoon. He carefully held the hammer of his gun before pulling the trigger.
"100 points for Austin Brien Tomlinson." The professor said before writing Brien's final score in a white sheet of paper.
He smirked, showing off his perfect set of teeth, when he heard his score for long range shooting test before he took off his ear plugs and eye protector.
There was a flame of satisfaction burning his soul knowing that he perfectly shoot the target with 10 shoots in less than 5 minutes. It is as if he is in training with his mom in the Swardson Training Center.
He walked back to his seat where he found a small piece of folded light pink paper. He rolled his eyes mentally, annoyed of this cheesy love letters he always gets and deeply sighed as if his temper is defeated by the unknown girl. He picked it up and threw it away not caring if the girl who sent it will see him.
"Where's Brielle?" He asked when he noticed his twin sister was not in the field.
Daniel looked up to him from his notes. "She went out to pick up her phone." He said.
He nodded his head to acknowledge his answer and flopped his back to his seat. He was looking around the gray painted walls of the Shooting Range Center of the Wilde Academy and examining every edge of it when suddenly felt the vibration of his phone.
He sighed out of frustration, this past few days, his phone kept on ringing because of girls who are trying to pursue him for a date.
Damn it, Brielle. Fuck you with every bit of shit on you.
It was Brielle who gave them his number to fuck with his privacy. She loves to see his twin brother to suffer from this weird girls.
He picked it up from his pocket and about to turn of his phone when he realised that it was a call from his friend in Swardson. He quickly got up from his seat and went out of the room without a word to answer the call.
"What is it?" He said.
"Oh hello to you too, Brien." Madeline said.
He rolled his eyes because of the sarcasm Mad's daughter said.
"Seriously? What's with you and you always answer the call in 28th call?" He can imagine her furrowed brows and glaring eyes. "Don't you know that this call is important?" She yelled.
"Just fucking tell me what is that important thing you're saying Mad." He said, leaning to the wall.
"Oh yeah. Your mom was shot in her back and bled too much, she refused to be nursed in the Swardson's because today is your dad's return from his medical seminar. I'm just worried that her wound will be infected so I-"
"She's home?" He asked.
"Yeah. Dad drove her ba-"
"Okay. Thanks." He said before turning off his phone and went back to his seat.
His professor was talking in front about the grades and assignments but he didn't bother to listen and fixed his range bag. Daniel in the other hand was done packing his stuff and just taking notes from his professor's lesson.
"We're having a barbecue party later in home. You guys are coming?" Daniel asked.
He shook his head and picked up his stuff, throwing his bag in his shoulder. "I'm not into children's party McGustin."
Daniel chuckled and shook his head. "I just want my siblings to be happy."
"Yeah, you spoiled those Montgomery kids so much." He said.
