Little flecks of celestial worlds winked at me. Even through the darkness of the unknown, the stars danced. Singing a song no one knew. It seemed they were taunting, come and play with me Ellisia. No one could understand them yet they did not care. They continued taunting their elegant bodies, smiling wickedly.

I shot up out of the bed. White sheets filled with sweat clung to my naked body. Peeling them off with shaking, clammy hands - tears welled in my eyes, threatening to spill over. I placed my head back down onto the pillow, trying to close my eyes and get some more rest. I lay there, listening to my frantic heartbeats and waiting for them to slow.

This had been happening for months now. I would wake up from a nightmare, shaken to the core. I would try to fall back asleep, but I couldn't. I was beginning to scare myself. I slid my legs off of my cot and blindly pulled on my silk robe, my breasts peaking from underneath in result to the snow outside. I stumbled into the kitchen to pour myself a glass of milk and clear my mind. The old wooden floorboards creaked with every step.

"What the hell is going on with me?"
I murmured.
