Maddie's POV
"Mom, Dad?" she yells as she wants through the front door. "honey, I'm so glad you're home, it's been what 3 years??" asked Maddies mom. "Yeah, I've missed you guys so much. I'm not gonna lie being in California was a really fun time with aunt Tammy, but I missed you". "I'm just glad my baby girl is alright." said Maddies dad. "well I'm gonna head up stairs and get unpacked and come down and get some breakfast." as she walks up the stairs she gets a text.
shawn 😏☺️; hey, heard you just got back, how was you're flight home??
maddie; it was alright, I'm just a little tired. can I text you in a bit I'm going to take a really quick nap.
shawn 😏☺️; sleep well, text me when you're up maybe I an stop over.

after I texted him I unpacked everything and put it all away. I found my favorite thing to wear around the house which was... a green t-shirt that said babe in white on the front. my white hollister comfy shorts that have the bird, on the right leg. and my tan slippers. I felt so comfortable and just fell right on my bed and fell asleep. I woke up like a half hour later and got up and went down stairs. my parents had made me my favorite meal, waffles with strawberries and blueberries sprinkled on top with a hint of syrup, a glass of Apple juice and a side of strawberry yogurt and granola. " MOM!! this smells amazing 😍" "your father and I knew it was your favorite so we made it" "tank you so much" as she kissed both her parents on the cheek. the parents left the room and she had the whole kitchen to her self. she sat down and ate all of her breakfast. as soon as she was finished she got her phone and text Shawn.
maddie; hey Shawn, just got up and ate breakfast if you wanna come over you can stop by or we can go somewhere
Shawn 😏☺️; yeah, sounds good I'll be over in about 15 mins just let me get ready 😏
maddie; come on you live right next to me, and Idc how you come I just wanna see you :(

Shawn's POV
I can't believe maddie has been gone for 3 years! that's crazy!! I'm just so glad I'm going to see her and hug her for the first time in like forever. I mean we've been bestfriends for like almost 5 years and we haven't gone that long without seeing eachother.... it's kind of sad. I missed her so much and I want her to know that. Before I showed up I went to the flower shop 4 blocks away, I picked up her favorite kind.. daisys. I arrived at her house, for some reason I was nervous I don't even know why. I just missed her so much god. I walked up to the front door and nocked and just waited patiently.. finally she opened the door and she looked as beautiful as always. "MADDIE OMG" "Shawn I'm SO GLAD TO SEE YOU" she jumped into my arms and I just held her there for a couple minutes and it felt like forever and I actually loved it. when I set her down I have her flowers and she smiled so big, I think I saw her blush a little bit. "I'm so half you're home do you know that" "I kinda guessed haha"
okay so I'm done with the first chapter and I'm so glad I'm doing this cause Shawn just came out with his new song I'm so proud if him he's came so far. I hope you guys love this just keep in touch and read this it's gonna be interesting I'll post another one at maybe like 10 reads. my name is Sara and I'm so glad I'm here and giving you guys this story hope you enjoy thanks again ☺️
