Surprise from the Undead

Chapter 1-Alarmed

Secret hears screaming and awakens. She slowly gets up.

Secret:"Who the hell's screaming at this hour, oh it's light out now but I heard screaming too."

Secret looks around then at her window.

Secret:"I could've sworn there were drunks too. Who would be drunk so early in the morning?"

She opens her door and she sees blood, then closes it.

Secret:"Oh shit! What the hell's with all the blood, probably kids and there stupid graffiti."

She opens her door again and sees her neighbor lying on the ground, dead. She stutters and tries to process on what she just saw. Secret runs inside.

Secret:"Holy shit."

Secret walks around, closes her door and is in short term shock for a moment.

Secret:"Holy shit. Okay, okay."

She takes out her python (type of pistol) and tries to calm down. She puts it away and gets closer to her neighbor's dead body.

Secret:"ugh that stinks."

She tries to open the staircase door but it's locked.

Secret:"How else am I suppose to get out?"

She goes back inside her apartment.

Secret:"What the hell is going on?"

She tries to get on her computer.

Secret:"Damn, what's with the power, the lights on then why isn't the computer turning on."

She walks out her door and looks over the balcony.

Secret:"What, what the hell is going on? The hell am I going to do? First off I have to get down from here."

She hops on her balcony and tries to get down easily.

Secret:"ok, careful. Careful."

She slips, but lands unharmed.

Secret:"AH! Ok."

She gets down safely. Secret runs to the police station near her house.

Secret:"Police yeah."

She tries to open the doors.

Secret:"Why is it locked?

Why couldn't the police done something by now? Something is really going on."

Secret:"Are u kidding me!? Why did they lock the door? Not that I can blame them, I mean there's fucking blood everywhere."

She finds a ladder.

Secret:"I can get to Nick's room from here."

She climbs it and sees Nick.

Secret:"Nick!"

Nick:"Secret, dang what in the world is going on."

Secret:"I have no idea, but we need to get out of here."

Nick:"Ok great."

Secret:"There's a guy over there."

Nick:"Where?"

Secret:"No not there, there!"

Secret points to a guy on a roof.

Nick:"Oh."

Secret:"What's he doing up there?"

Nick:"No idea, I tried to talk to him a few times but no answer"

They both climb down boxes and Secret opens the staircase door.

Nick:"Weird, last time I checked, it was locked."

Secret:"Well just as long as it's open I'm fine with it."

They both run down the stairs and see if there is anything else.

Secret:"I'm gonna check outside, u stay here until I come back."

Nick:"Alright..."

Secret goes to the door, opens it and is about to walk out fully.

Secret:"What the hell?"

She goes closer to the man who is standing still.

Secret:"Excuse me, sir? Sir are u alright?"

She inches closer and the man turns out to be a dead corpse.

Secret:"What the hell!?"

She shoots at the corpse 15 times, until it finally falls. She runs back into the apartment building.

Nick:"Secret are u ok, I heard gun shots."

Secret:"Yeah, I just saw what I thought was a guy. Anyway let's go."

Nick and Secret arrive at another building. Secret signals for Nick to stay outside.

Secret:"I'm going inside, stay out here."

She goes inside, she sees blood and checks everywhere. She reaches the roof and sees a zombie. Secret shoots it.

Secret:"I wonder, if there are anymore. *gasp* Nick!"

She runs out and sees Nick.

Secret:"Thank god you're ok."

Nick:"Of course I am."

Secret:"We need your truck, do u have your keys?"

Nick:"Yeah."

Nick and Secret both walk down. Secret stops in her tracks making Nick run into her.

Secret:"Zombies. Do you think they saw us?"

Nick:"Idk."

Secret checks.

Secret:"Yup they saw us."

Nick:"Make a run for it?"

Secret:"Exactly."

Nick runs ahead while she yells "YOLO!!" while running across.

Secret:"OH SHIT!"

Both ways are blocked by zombies.

Nick:"We need to shoot and fight our way to the truck."

They both make to the truck, but are surrounded.

Nick and Secret:"U GOT TO BE KIDDIG ME!"

They both get in the truck and drive through the zombies.

Nick and Secret:"FUCK YOU ZAMBIES!"
