Savea Solo

Chapter 8

A.N. I'm going to try some of this chapter in a third person. BTW Svaea is 10 - 12 weeks pregnant. Enjoy

Savea held her left hand close to her heart, as that was the hand with the ring Luke just gave her, The ring he just proposed to her. She loved Luke and their unborn baby. And how she was going to spend the rest of her life with him and their children. Life was good, she was happy.
But her happiness was short lived as the roof the of the base they were in was standing to crumble, thanks to Darth Vader and his minions. Savea went to find her brother and leia as If they didn't leave now they would be crushed. She found them in the control room, where bits of the room as fallen down on top of them and crushed computers and some people.
Leia was persistent in staying, even if Han was trying to talk her into going. A part of the roof then fell, making Han grab leia and pulled her towards him, Saving the princess from being crushed.
"We have to go!" Han persisted with leia. Leia looked around and saw that leaving was her only option. Leia nodded and let Han lead her to the Falcon the ship on the ship that wasn't done yet, so getting her to fly could be a big problem.
"Would it help if I got out and pushed?!" Leia asked Han.
"It might!" Han snidlely remarked back at her.
"Sir, might I suggest that you-" 3PO started his sentence, but Han put his finger up to shush him before he could get his point across. "It can wait." Savea followed Han into the cockpit to get the falcon running. She flicked a switch, turning the engines on, but they turned off again, making Savea punch the wall, turning on the engine again.
"This bucket of bolts is never gonna get us past the blackade." Leia came in complaining. Svaea knew she was right but Han didn't want to hear it.
"This baby's got a few surprises left in her, sweetheart." Han flicked many switches left and right hoping to he could once again prove her wrong.
"Someday, you're going to be wrong and I just hope I'm around to see it." Leia jabbed at Han as she sat in the seat behind him.
"Trust me, princess." Him being wrong is hilarious. Chewie punched it and the falcon flew off. Leaving Vader behind.

Luke managed to see the falcon as it flew off into the distance. He Knew Svaea and his unborn child was going to make on it, Making him relax a little. The girl he loved was safe. He just hope to get back in time for the bith of their child.
Luke knew he would get a mouthful from Savea when he gets back to her of all the things that have happened. He was sad to leave her but wanted to learn the ways of the force so he could protect her and their child if need be.

Savea however was on the falcon worried for her future husband.
"Star destroyers! They coming right at us." Savea informed her brother as the ship rocked back and forth making her nauseous. "Be right back!" Savea informed leia and Han before running to the bathroom. "Where she going!?" Han asked leia. "In case you haven't notice she's having a baby. The rocking of the ship made her nauseous." Leia said getting up to check on her. Han almost forgot his little sister has having a kid of her own.
"Star destroyers." Chewie yelled at Han. "I see em! I see em." The Star destroyers kept shooting at the falcon, rocking back and forth even more. Leia ran to check on savea. Finally she reached the bathroom where savea was. "Savea? You alright in there?" Leia said Knocking on the door. Finally the door open. "Sorry. I don't know I would get nauseous, but it's worth it having this little one." Savea Said putting her hand on her belly. "Before we go back to the cockpit can I ask you a question?" Savea wanted to know if her brother was happy about hers and Luke's child.
"Go ahead." Leia wasn't sure what she was going to ask her.
"Do you think Han is happy for me and Luke? Having this baby wasn't planned but know I would want it any other way." Savea asked leia looking down at her belly.
"Oh savea of course he's happy for you guys! I think he isn't ready to let his little sister go yet so when he found out you're having a baby he wasn't sure how to respond. You should talk to him make him see how much your excited about this baby. Then he'll come around." Leia said with big smile.
"Thanks Leia you always know what to say. I don't know where'd I be without you." Savea told Leia with a smile.
"Let's go." Savea told Leia making their way to the cockpit.
"Sir. Sir. Might I suggest—" 3PO wandered in. But once again he was cut off my Han.
"Shut him up or shut him down!" Han shouted over the blasts.
"Check the deflector shield."
"Not working." Chewie roared.
"Well, we can still maneuver them." Han moved the falcon down and around him. They got away from the Star destroyers, but not the jet fighters.
"Prepare to make the jump to light speed." Han commanded, but savea was unsure that they could do that.
"But Sir." C3PO argued. He already knew they wouldn't make it to light speed, and Han being Han didn't want to hear it. "They're getting closer." Leia pointed out the obvious.
"Oh yeah watch this." Savea recognized that cocky sound to his voice. He had had a plan. Han pulled back a lever to go into light speed....but nothing happened. The engine still stalled.
"Watch What?" Leia asked, now annoyed that she was stuck with this fool and was supposed to trust him to save her life? Let's just say that Savea was happy with her.
"I think we're in trouble." He wasn't wrong there.
"If I may say so Sir, I noticed earlier that The hyperdrive motivator has been damaged. It's impossible to go into light speed." 3PO seemed to go into a panic and so did savea.
Han didn't say anything but he ran to try to fix the problem. Chewie followed Han to help him in anyway.
Savea and leia stayed in the cockpit to keep in eye on outside. "Holy c-" Savea was cut off by an asteroid hitting the said of the falcon. "Han get up here!" Savea shouted down to her brother.
"Asteroids." Leia informed Han, leaving her seat so Han and chewie could sit.
"Chewie, set two-seven-one." Han told Chewie and chewie did as he was told.
"What are you doing? You're not actually into a asteroid field?" Leia said worried. "Yeah but they be crazy to follow us, wouldn't they?" Han argued which was kinda true. It was a big risk going into one. Han weaved left and right to avoid being hit by an asteroid again, and to lose the fighters.
"You don't have to do this to impress me." Leia noted. Savea didn't believe he was doing this to impress her, he was doing to get the empire off our backs.
"Sir, the possibility of successful navigating an asteroid filled is approximately 3,720 to 1." 3PO tried to warn Han.
"Never tell me the odds." Han said back. As the falcon weaved left and right, fighters were being destroyed. The falcon rocked as the fighters blew up near them.
"You said you wanted to be around when I made a mistake. This could be it, sweetheart. Savea frowned at her brothers sentence. Was he actually admitting to him being wrong for once. He must really like Leia no matter how many times he denies it.
"I take it back. We're going to get pulverized if we stay out here much longer." Leia spoke.
"Ain't gonna argue you with that." Again, was Han actually agreeing to someone else's idea?
"I'm going in closer to one of the big ones."
"What?" Savea shouted in disbelief. Why would he go in further when they're already so close to getting hit. Fighters still shot at the falcon, so it was do or die. Han moved closer to a asteroid and move left and right to shake the fighters off. And Savea amazement the plan actually worked, the fighters are gone all of them.
"There should be good?" Han pointed to a hole in the asteroid. Savea was feeling very Tired and very pregnant.
"I'm tired, I'm going lay down for a little bit." Savea informed everyone has she stood up. Knowing Han was putting the ship where it was safe she felt now would be a good time to get some sleep. Leia nodded. Savea made her way to her bedroom that she hasn't been in for a while. Before she climbed in bed she nodded her baby bump was getting bigger has she was almost 11 weeks along. "Hi sweetheart." She said looking in a mirror, putting her hand on her belly. She was worried about Luke but she knew he was going to be ok. Then she heard a knock on the door
"Come in." It was Han checking on his sister. "Hey sis." Han noticed savea had her hand on her belly.
"Hey."
"Can we talk before you get some rest?"
"Sure. I just need to sit down, I can't Stand long on my feet now days." Savea said has she sat down.
"Look I'm sorry if I didn't seem happy when you told me about yours and Luke's kid, I didn't know how to respond. Your my little sister I just not ready to let go You yet. But I know I have to. Luke loves you very much and his going to be a great father."
"Oh Han you don't know how much that means to me. I love you."
"I love you too sis. Can I put my hand on your belly?"
"Sure go ahead." Savea got up to let her brother put his hand on her belly. Han put his hand on her belly and a big smile appeared on his face.
"That's my baby." Savea said to Han with a smile. "Baby Skywalker meet your uncle Han." Han looked like he could cry. Han took his hand off his sister belly. Then he nodded the ring the her hand.
"Did Luke ask you to marry him?" Han asked.
"He did! I can't wait for him to see me the baby bump for the first time. But I'm afraid that's not going to for a while." Han looked confused.
"He went to meet a Jedi Master who could help him. He only wanted to do it for me and the baby." I said trying not cry. But Han could tell. He pulled me into a hug and I cried.
" I miss him so much." I cried into his Jacket. "I know you do. He'll come back has soon as he can." We pulled out of the hug. "Get some sleep." I nodded has he walked out of the room. Before getting in bed she looked at her ring and was excited about marrying her true love.  She fell asleep dreaming of the day when Luke and her can be together again. Han worked his way back to the cockpit. It was pitch black outside, worrying Leia more.
"I'm gonna shut everything down but the emergency power systems." Han said has he entered the cockpit.
"Sir, I'm almost afraid to ask, but does that include shutting me down?" 3PO asked. Leia smiled at the gold droid.
"No. I need you to talk to the falcon. Find out what's wrong with the hyperdrive." Han answered, with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.  Without warning, the falcon then leaded to the right side then back to its original position. Leia shared a look with Han of worry.
"Sir, it's quite possible this asteroid is entirely stable." 3PO pointed out the obvious. "Not entirely stable? I'm glad your here to tell us these things." Han said, this time full of sarcasm. "Chewie, take the professor in the back and plug him into the hyperdrive."
Leaving Han and Leia alone. Then once again the falcon jolted right again, thorowing Leia into Han's arms.
"Let go." Leia said to Han.
"Let go, please."
"Don't get excited." Han seemed to warn the princess.
"Captain, being held by you isn't quite enough to get me excited." Leia hit back with, which Han didn't seem to like. "Sorry sweetheart." Han pulled Leia up out off his arms. "I haven't got time for anything else. Han smiled before leaving the cockpit. Leia sighed and sat on the seat. A noise then came from outside, making Leia look out the window then she got up from her seat to get a better look. It's probably just Han messing with the falcon. Leia thought of a reason of why she heard the noise. As she continued to look some sort of creature jumped onto the window from outside. Making Leia scream and ran to find Han. But when she screamed she woken Savea.
"Han! Leia shouted, running into the main room here Han was.
"What?" Han asked, annoyed that Leia had interrupted him working. 
"There's something out there." Savea came running in as she heard a scream.
"What's going on? I heard a scream." Savea said putting her left hand on her belly. Han lifted his goggles to look at the two girls clearly. "Where?" He asked.  "Outside in the cave." Leia answered. "There It is. Listen. Listen!" 3PO panicked.
"I'm going out there." Han removed his goggles and got himself an oxygen mask so he could go outside.
"Are you crazy?" Leia asked.
"I'm not going to let something tear it apart." Han argued, Leia groaned defeated and herself a mask too.
"Then I'm going with you." Leia followed Han.
"Can I came?" Savea asked.
"No. Not when you're caring that child of yours." Han said to his sister in the eye. Savea wanted to go outside but Han was right, not well she's pregnant.
"Well, I guess I can go get dressed." Savea said to herself.  The door open to let the group out. The ground squelched as they walked around.
"The ground feels strange. It doesn't feel like rock." Leia said, her voice muffled by the mask he was wearing.

Back inside with Savea.
"I need more clothes nothing fits! All my clothes are tight not going to work when you're pregnant." Savea complained. She went through all of her clothes she had on the falcon. All she found was a pair pants that would work but not for long. She went through Luke's shirts and found one that would work. "Once we get back i need new clothes." She looked in the mirror she had on a pair of black leggings with one of Luke's shirt that was green and for shoes she had on a black pair. She put her hair up in a bun out of the way.
"I'm pregnant so I can get away for looking like a mess." She said looking in the mirror. " almost 12 weeks I've been caring you already." She said to the baby in her womb. All of a sudden the falcon started to shock again, very violently this time. Savea heard taking so she left her room to see what was going on.
"All right, Chewie lets get out of here!" Han said trying to get to the cockpit so they could leave. "The empire is still out there! I don't think-" Leia shouted at Han, reminding him this was the last of this worries.
"No time to discuss this with the committee!" Han shouted at Leia.
"I am not a committee!" Leia shouted back as she went to the cockpit. Savea trying to get to the cockpit but having a hard time then Chewie came out of nowhere and help her. "Thanks Chewie being pregnant isn't easy but it's worth it." Savea was thankful for his help.
"Your pregnant?" Chewie roared.
"Yeah for the past 12 weeks. How did you not know?" Savea said to Chewie almost to the cockpit.
"I guess I don't pay attention enough. It's Luke's kid right?" Chewie asked
"Of course its Luke's kid! I don't love anyone else enough to have a kid with." Savea Said before entering the cockpit.
"You can't make the jump into lightseed in this asteroid field." Leia tried to reason with Han but again he wasn't having none of it.
"Sit down, sweetheart! We're taking off." Against Leia wishes, Han and chewie turned the ship around and headed out of the cave. It seemed the cave was closing on them. But it wasn't a cave. It was some sort of creature. Savea was thankful they didn't get eaten up by that thing.
A.N. So a lot has happened! I'm going to skip we're they ran into the empire. It will pick back off then they meet Han's old friend.
