I am not your average college student. I know that sounds like a total cliche. It is true though. I am not what society deems as typical or average in any way. I am seen as someone completely weird to most people.
My name is Xander. It comes from Alexander. I just don't like the way it sounds though. You see I live in a society that likes to fit people into perfect cookie cutter molds. But to be honest. I don't fit any that people try and stick me.
I have short hair so I am either thought of as a boy or a lesbian. I have curves so I am thought of as a girl. I wear makeup. But I keep McGee's looking flat. My clothes change in style day to day.
So most people just thing I am one big question mark. And they wouldn't necessarily be wrong for what society believes. I am nonbinary. The type of nonbinary that is kind of fluid and changes by day.
Gender is a feeling and such a social construct that I just decide to say "fuck it." I do me. I am Xander. An enby (short for nonbinary) who just wants to make a difference.
