First Game

Ciel hissed at Sebastian. "Don't hold back!" Sebastian ignored the constant demands from his master. He smirked as Ciel sat on his stomach giving him an angry look. They were playing a game that Ciel loved to play because the reward was a sweet of his choice. Ciel had to make Sebastian make a noise of any kind but it was difficult. They have been doing sexual activities like this for
months. "Sebastian!!" Ciel yelled and Sebastian smiled holding back a chuckled. Ciel started kissing down his neck to his bare chest. He kissed and licked his skin almost everywhere besides his lower regions earning no sounds at all. "Sebastian..." He started to whine and Sebastian chuckled. It took a few seconds for Ciel to realize that Sebastian had chuckled but when he did he screamed in joy. He jumped around laughing and cheering. Sebastian smiled noticing the this game was slowly making Ciel happier. Sebastian sat up putting his shirt back on and standing up catching Ciel in his arms before he fell. Ciel stood up by himself realizing what he was doing. He quickly got himself back together and his smiled disappeared making Sebastian instantly angry but he never showed it. He bowed and walked out of the room to make him his cake.
