Blake Hudson has fallen from grace and right next to Penny. The two despise each other, one being a popular golden boy and the other an outcast disliked by nearly all her senior classmates, but both are somehow unable to go a day without running into each other.

A boy who wants to fit in the popular crowd and an outspoken girl who dislikes anyone with a high social status are never a good match. Blake, now an outcast himself, is no exception to Penny. As fate would have it they end up getting tied together and forced to acknowledge each others existence. Ties with the popular kids however haven't all been cut, and everyone wants to know:

How exactly did Blake Hudson end up at the bottom of the social scale

alongside Penny in less than twenty minutes?

Your guess is as good as mine.

[1] Please: Do not be fooled by the summary. This is not one of the many cliche stories you find about a popular boy and a nerdy girl. The popular guy is no longer popular and the outcast is not some naive nerdy girl. I just suck at summaries.

[2] Despite it's cliche sounding summary I actually plan on exploring high school cliques and just how important status is from different points of views with this story. It's more of a coming of age story.

[3] What you read here is only a first draft. Some parts might not make sense, and it might be a bit messy sometimes so I apologize in advance about that.
