Oh dear Morningstar,
Why do you hate so deep,
That you curse with rage and pain?
Oh Morningstar,
The two lovers beg,
For You to show their love mercy,
So that they may love in peace,
So that they may rest.
Oh my Morningstar,
Have You not loved?
Has love not been kind to you,
As I was to your soul?
Was I not the one you loved once?
So dear Morningstar,
I beg of thee,
Leave these lovers be,
For they broke not your heart,
But t'was I who did.
