Life Events of a Neglected Child (Naruto Fanfiction)

Goodbye

Naruto had enough. He had enough of this hatred. Too much for a 7 year old boy. The villagers hated him and his family forgot about him despite living in the same house. The last time they talked to them, he was only 4. It was just the usual unreasonable scolding.  

"Why are you training?! You should be doing chores! You monster!" said Kushina. Minato, his father was the hokage, but he also agreed.

That was 3 years ago. After that, they never talked.

Today, Naruto decided that it was time to run away.  

Are you sure about this? said Kurama. He had been able to talk to Kurama since he was 5. This was actually a miracle for him since they had the same hatred, they actually became friends easily. Since Naruto couldn't go to the academy, he was the one that helped him train secretly out at night. 

"I'm sure. I've had enough of this. I'm going to find somewhere to stay though, can you help me?" Naruto said in a cold voice. He just felt like he didn't belong here. He didn't belong in the Uzumaki-Namikaze household. 

I don't know Konoha very well since I've only seen it a few times. The last time was during your birth 7 years ago, so I don't think I can help. Sorry, but you have to figure this out yourself.  

"Fine. I'll figure this out." 

Naruto started roaming the village. Jumping from roof to roof on a fresh new day with the sun starting rise up. It was almost 6am, the time everyone wakes up, so he had to hurry. He couldn't go from house to house cause all the civilians hated him. He couldn't go back home cause he just ran away. He also didn't have friends other than Kurama, but there was still some people nice to him. Although, it was a very little amount of people. One of them was the Third Hokage, so he decided to visit him.

Naruto knocks on the door. The door opens to an already awake Hiruzen. "What brings you here?" he asked. 

"I need a place to stay at. I ran away from my family." 

"Too much to handle? Never knew they could be this cruel. Of course I would help you, Naruto."

"Thanks, old man!"
