I looked at the girl across the classroom, disgusted. She was writing the spelling words in her ugly pink journal that sparkled in the light of the ceiling. "I know she thinks she's a better class clown than me." I thought. "But there can one class clown, and it's gonna be me!"
"Ok the first problem we will do together as a class is problem number 5. If you take 15 and divide it by 25, what will the answer be?" Said Ms.Clowny as she turned around, waiting to see a hand to raised and to be answered.
"Um I don't know is it 78... the same age as you Katy." Said Nayla ( the other class clown )
I sat there thinking of something too say back. Then before I could say anything Ms.Clowny told me not to say anything in return. After class I was a bit upset that Nayla told me off today but I thought of a better plan to get her back and to prove I was a better class clown.
Yesterday when everyone left the classroom, I glued tacks to Nayla seat, so when she seat down she would have a pinch at her bottom. The bell ringed and everyone went to class. Ms.Clowny was right in the middle of teaching math when Nayla walked through the door and headed to her seat. I chuckled knowing what was about to happen. She went to sit in her seat. Nothing happened. "What happened to the tacks I put in her sit." I thought.
I asked to use the bathroom to think about what went wrong. I couldn't figure it out so I went back to class. I sat down and......... OWEEY! I sat on the tacks that was suppose to happen for Nayla. Then everyone looked to where I was and started to laugh. The classroom was full of laughter. Nayla came over to me and whispered, "I know what you wanted to happen to be, so when you went to the bathroom, I switch Roney chair with your chair. Seems like you had the chairs mixed up." I was truly embarassed. I guess there was only one class clown, and it was Nayla.
