Chapter 6 a plesent surprise

Chapter 6

Sam's POV

I woke up around one in the afternoon in an unfamiliar room. I stayed over at the O2L house last night for my birthday.

I could hear people downstairs.

"Okay Connor, I'm glad her flight's on time. See you in a bit." I think that was Jc.

Considering I sleep practically naked, I decided to get up and get dressed. I slipped on a plain white t-shirt and a pair of black and blue Nike basketball shorts.

Once I was finished I walked to the kitchen to grab a water and found Jc sitting eating a iced chocolate donut. "

Hey happy birthday man." He said I between bites

"Thanks," I replied."Where's everyone else?"

I didn't hearing a sound, which never happens in this house. If there's no noise that means Trevor's not singing, Ricky and Kian aren't normally goofing off. Connor's usually on his phone on tumblr, so he could be here.

"Oh uh they went out grocery shopping" Jc replied.

I wonder who he was talking about earlier.

I shrug my shoulders and walked back into my room, well the room that I stay in when I come over.

I looked at my phone. I had 17 texts, a couple of vine messages, a ton of twitter notifications and Instagram, but nothing from Courtney.

She's always up before me considering she's three hours ahead of us on time. And she kept talking about my birthday, so it's a little odd I didn't hear anything from her.

I wish I could spend the day with Courtney.

I got up and decide to take a shower because there's not much to do and I needed to actually get ready. I grabbed a towel and a change of clothes and walked to the bathroom off the hall.

Courtney's POV

"Attention passengers, we have landed in Los Angeles airport. Please remember to take all of your belongings and thank you for flying Jet Blue."

I took out my headphones and put them in my bag as I stood up and walked out the plane.

As soon as I get to the main area I decided to Skype Kian and tell him I'm here, I felt bad about not wishing Sam a happy birthday, but I can tell him in person. I can't believe I'm finally here. It felt like forever since I got the call from the boys asking me to come.

**Flashback**

It was October 8th when I got a message from Kian. All the boys know about me and Sam's relationship and they all followed me on twitter so we can talk. I still haven't got their phone numbers for privacy reasons which I totally understand.

K- hey court have you got a minute? I gotta talk to you about something

C- sure

K- so I'm with all the guys except Sam right now because we have an idea

C-which is?

K- So this year Sam is 19 and it's big I mean we wanna do something special for him yanno? And he's nonstop talking about you... So what if you came to LA and stayed at our house for a week?

In my mind, at that moment I was screaming. Not only was I screaming because I was invited to LA but I would be seeing Sam and the rest of the boys.

C- that sounds amazing but I have school and I don't know what my parents would think...

K- well what if I told you I already emailed your parents and they were cool with it and since your getting straight As this term,they don't mind you skip?

C- I would say you are crazy because that is insane.

K- go and ask your parents if you don't believe me

K- and Trevor says he wants to meet Sam's love ;)

I laughed again because these boys crack me up, Sam doesn't like me I'm 4 years younger than him.

C- ok ok I believe you and I'll come but I don't have enough money for the flight...

K- it's all taken care of the guys and I are splitting the cost as long as you buy us Arizona's when you come. It's our birthday present to Sam.

C- haha alright I promise. I gotta go eat dinner. I'll Skype you guys later okay?

K-got it Court. Byeeeeee we love you

C- love you guys too

**End of flashback**

I skype-called Kian and he answered after the first ring.

"Hey Court, you here yet?"

"Yeah, I'm walking tow-"

I felt someone hug from behind and spin me around. It was the one and only Kian Lawley.

I hung up and turned around while I smiled. These boys who are my life are picking me up from the airport to take me to their house to stay for a week. Is this even real life? I hugged the boys, Kian first, then Trevor, Ricky, then Connor who smiled brightly. I've always loved his smile.

We quickly exchanged phone numbers since they now knew I wasn't a catfish.

"Girl I have been waiting for this day for-ev-er! We have to hang all week." Trevor says sassily

"of course we will." I say and smile.

We all went to retrieve my suitcase and ran to the car.

"I call shotgun!" I yell. The boys groaned and I laughed even tho I was the youngest I defiantly wasn't the shyest.

We jumped into the car and put the radio on.

Ricky's single Ordinary came on and I screamed. I quickly covered my mouth remembered the boys were here and blushed because I acted like a crazy fangirl, which I actually don't do anymore.

They all laughed and I blushed. "It's okay Court, it's no big deal." Ricky said while I smiled.

This is why I love them.

We sang loudly on the way to the O2L house.

"Who wants to get Starbucks on the way?" Connor asked

"Meeee!" I practically screeched.

"Yasss Courtney yasss!" Ricky replied while he snapped.

I giggled as we went thru the drive thru and ordered.

I got a grande java chip like Ricky, Connor got a Hazelnut, and Trevor a vanilla bean. We decided get Sam and Jc one because they are home. I honestly can't wait to meet them, well I technically already met them. But I can't wait to see them in person, especially Sam.

I'm somewhat nervice because I'm afraid he won't want to be friends after he meets me. Online relationships and personal ones are really different.

"Earth to Courtney?" Kian said as he was waving a hand in my face. I guess I was drifting off.

"Sorry," I said as I realized we were parked in a driveway to a pretty large house. This is it.

"Okay so Court, this is what were gonna do, Ricky just texted Jc telling him we're outside. Sam thinks we went grocery shopping so Jc's gonna ask Sam to come and help bring them in and then he'll see you. Got it?" Connor asked.

I nodded.

The front door opened and in that moment I was faced with Jc Caylen who smiled at me, then Samuel John Pottorff.
