Sydney's P.O.V

I stopped running because I'm hungry and really tired so I walked the whole way back to the condo. Right now, I'm literally like 5 minutes away from it and I see someone walk up to me...

"Cole!?" I say when I see the ginger waving at me to come over. What is he doing here?!

"Hey Syd," He said while giving me a hug. Out of all of the boys, I'm probably closest with Jared, but Coles a close 2nd. He's is dating one of my best friends after all...

"What are you doing here?"

"I came to surprise Haley! I wasn't able to come with you guys because I was waiting to get my pay check from my boss so I honestly got here about 2 hours ago..." Aw he came out here to surprise Haley? That's so adorable! So that's why he was ignoring her...

"How are you gonna surprise her? Are you just gonna randomly show up orrrrr?" I say as he just nods.

"I was just gonna casually walk into your condo like nothing's happening and watch tv... but when I do, make sure Haley is down there please?"

"Ok! Just tell me when you're about to walk in..." With that, we said our goodbyes and I walked back to our condo because it's pretty late.

------------Next Morning------------

"SYD GET YOUR LAZY ASS UP ITS 11:30 AND IM HUNGRY!" Val screamed while jumping on my bed. I just groaned and tried my best to kick her off which I successfully did because she is now on the ground laughing?

"What are we doing today?" I said almost in a whisper because I'm still half asleep... Right when I say this, Nikki peeps her head in the room.

"We're just having a beach day with the guys and I'm pretty sure Eleanor and Danielle are coming too I'm not sure..." I just nod and lazily get out of bed and walk into the bathroom, carefully stepping over Val. I really need to shower because I forgot to after my run... gross...

When I shower, I always think about everything and that is exactly what I'm doing now except there's only one thing on my mind.

Harry.

I think I may like him a little bit but it's obviously just a crush so I'll get over him quickly, right? Even if we got together, what's the point in that? He's leaving in about a month and he'll probably forget about me... There's no way I would date him if I would end up being a fling... I dated this guy right before freshmen year started and I got way to attached to him, just to find out it was just I fling and he didn't like really like me. I swore to myself that I would never get to attached to someone if we would only be together for a little bit. And that's exactly what would happen with Harry.

Well what if he likes you back and wants more than just a fling?

I'm not taking chances.

You'll never know unless you try...

Id rather never know than get my heart broken.

I'm pretty sure I've been in the shower for like 15 minutes just staring at the wall so I finally get out. Since were going to the beach, I just put my hair into a partial messy fishtail braid and only put on concealer, waterproof eyeliner, and waterproof mascara.

Right when I walk out of the bathroom, I here my phone go off. I go into my room and see it's from Cole,

hey syd when is a good time for me to come?

I reply and say in about half an hour because it's 12:00 right now and I'm pretty sure we're going to the beach around like 1:30...

I go to my suitcase and grab my favorite bathing suit. It's has navy blue and white stripes on it and I have the matching bottoms to go with. It the type that fits like a bra and it may or may not be a little push up... oh well it's really cute.

So I put that on and to go over, I just put on my high waisted jean shorts from Forever 21 and a maroon t-shirt from Brandy Melville. By the time I'm done it's about 12:25 which means Cole will be here any minute. I go downstairs and make sure Haley is down there and to my surprise all of the girls are ready and eating...

"Look who finally joined us?" Val says with so much sarcasm while smirking. I just rolled my eyes and replied.

"Yeah yeah... I still would've been asleep if it wasn't for you practically screaming and attacking me..." She just laughs and goes back to eating. By this time, Cole should be here any second. I walk up to the window and see he's walking up to the door. He's sees me and gives me a look asking if everything's good. I just give him a thumbs up and go back into the kitchen waiting. We all hear the door open and the tv turn on. The other girls reactions are hilarious... They all look freaked out and stare at each other. Nikki is the first one to say anything.

"Who the hell is that!?" Her and Val both look terrified. Haley looks scared too but not as much as the others. I try my best to look scared too but kind of fail because it's really hard not to smile.

"Haley, since this obviously doesn't scare you that much, can you go first?" I say acting like I know nothing... She just rolls her eyes and says yes. We all walk to the door that's takes us into the living room with Haley in the front and once we get close enough to be able to see, Haley freezes and I just grin widely.

"Haley what's wrong!?" Val asks still slightly terrified. Haley ignores her and keeps looking at Cole.

"COLE!" She screams so loud and runs up to him smiling. He stands up and they hug for what seems to be forever. Val and Nikki look so confused right now...

---------About and hour later---------

Cole and Haley are sitting on the couch cuddling and talking about everything while I'm in the kitchen with Nikki and Val.

"I can't believe he did this for her!" Nikki said smiling. Val nodded obviously agreeing. I respond to that saying,

"They are so cute together..." and it's true, they would do anything for eachother and it's adorable... Nikki just looks at me while smirking.

"You know, that could be you and Harry..." I just sighed and looked down.

"I don't think so..." They both look at me like I'm crazy.

"What? You guys both like each other and obviously have a good connection...?" Val says. Are they forgetting the biggest detail!

"I'm guessing you guys forgot that they are leaving in about a month... plus I'm not even sure if I like him that much, cits just a crush... I think we should stay just friends," They both look and me suspiciously and it looks like Nikki is about to say something but she's interrupted by the doorbell. I look at the time and it's 1:33 so that must be the boys. Before Nikki can say anything, I get up and go answer the door, greeting the boys.
