Lucifer was just leaving his nightclub Lux when Chloe rushed in to talk about a new case that she was working on.
"I thought I would find you here we've got a new case your ex-wife Candy has been found killed I know this might come as a shock to you I understand". Chloe was not smiling she was upset the tears in her eyes were real.
"Detective, what happened do you know how she died and are you close to finding out who did it?". Lucifer was pissed off he couldn't believe that somebody had killed Candy. He was already thinking of ways in which he could get Maze to punish the person with her knives and skills as a demon.
"I'm sorry Lucifer we haven't got any intel yet I'm afraid of who the killer is".
"Well detective I think we should start finding out one way or another".
