"Crystal wake up father wants to see you" my sister ariel said

"Five more minutes" I exclaim

"Father will get mad"

"Fine Ill be right out"

"I'll tell father"

I got up and changed my seashells (cause shes a mermaid under water just if you are confused) and swam to my father in the grand hall at his thrown.

"Good morning father" I said

"Morning I have some news"

"What is it father"

"You are going to school on land"

"Wait,what,why"

"Because the sea school here has poor education and I know you are smart"

"Oh fine when do I start"

"Tomorrow"

"Well better start getting used to my human feet"

"Cassandra will help you with that CASSANDRA" he yells

*cassandra comes rushing in*

"Yes your majesty" she said

"You will be teaching crystal how to walk on feet"

"Ok we will start now"

*she turns around and looks at me*

"Crystal let's go to the cove so we don't get noticed then change into human clothes we took from the shore"

"Ok"

~At the cove~

We changed into human feet and changed into some shorts we found and some tank tops we found on the shore

2 hours later

"I think I got this" I said

"I think you do two you did great today."

"Thanks and honestly I'm really scared for tomorrow would if people want to come to my house or what about my clothes and" i was cut off by Cassandra

"CRYSTAL you'll be fine the government knows about us and they gave you a place to stay and a full wardrobe to fit in and I'll be living in the house with you"

"Ok that makes me fell better"

"Oh and tonight you are moving into the house to go pack you things"

"Ok" I said and swam to the place"

I packed all my things and went to say goodbye to my family

"Bye Father I'll miss you don't worry I'll visit when I can"

"Ok I'm going to miss you and don't forget to learn to swim with your feet" my father said

"I will and Ariel I'll miss you please come visit me I know you already graduated school but can you please"

"Of course and I'm gonna miss your golden tail I mean it's the only one in the sea"

I giggle"thanks"

"I love you all but it's time to go" I said

"Ok I'll see ya later" ariel said

"Goodbye my dear" said my father

"Bye" and with that I was out of the gates with Cassandra heading up to the cove to the shore to the new house. You might be wondering weres your mom? Well my mom went missing and the gaurds still search for her. The only thing I have of her is her special pearl necklace she gave me when I was 2 and I never take it off.

When we got to the shore I just felt different. I mean like I'm a mermaid with human feet. We took a cab to our new house. When we got there it was big but not like a castle. A 2 story with about 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. My room was awesome it had purple walls with a mural of the city. It was gorgeous.

"You like" Cassandra asked

"Do I like it.... I LOVE IT!" I exclaimed

I looked on a desk I had in my room. It had a silver flat box and a bigger flat box on it.

"What's this" I asked pointing to the boxes

"It's your phone and computer the government gave both of us one I don't know why though"

"Oh ok" then I looked in my closet

"Wow" I said I had closet filled with amazing clothes even wired looking hats that were really soft and roundish

"Crystal it's 10:00 I think you should go to bed you have school at 7:00 am"

"Oh" fine I changed into pjs I found and went to bed
