Chapter eighteen

Your POV

I adjust my uniform before heading for the door.

"Kei! I'm heading off!!" I yell.

"Wait!" He says before I hear the small pitter patter of his feet.

I look down and see him wrapped in a blanket.

"Please be careful! But don't be too careful because I want you to beat some butt!" He says before hugging my leg.

'Cute!!!!'

I grab his small figure and lift him into the air.

"I'll try my best for you!!!" I yell happily.

"Yeah!! I'll watch you on TV! Do you want me to record it???" He asks.

"Only if you want to" I say setting him down.

"Okay! Goodbye (N/N)!!" He says running off.

I giggle and walk out of the door. I check the time and worry. I'm a little late!! I quickly teleport to the front of the school. My head hurts a little but I shake it off.

I open my eyes and see a swarm of people and rows of food and items on display. My eyes start to sparkle in awe of all of the food. I shake my head and focus on getting to class. I run to class and it seems like everyone is headed to go get dressed. I run up to Tsu-Chan.

"Tsu-chan!" I yell.

She turns around "Ribbit"

"Are you excited or what??" I ask excitedly.

"I am excited but super worried too" she says.

"I'm sure you'll do great Tsu-chan" I tell her with confidence.

"Thank you (L/N)" she says.

I nod my head and we walk into the changing room and change into our PE gear. We then walk into the waiting room before the boys. I sit down and rest my head down on the table.

I hear the door open and I listen to the boys walk in and sit down. I hear someone pull a chair next to me. I sit up and see Bakugou and Kirishima sit next to me. They were talking so I used that time to relax.

"Hey! (Y/N)!" Kirishima says.

I hum in response.

"Good luck out there!" He says putting his thumb up.

I smile with gratitude. "Thank you Kiri!"

"Everyone get ready!" I hear Iida yell while kicking the door open. "We are about to head out soon!!"

Everyone stands up and I stretch. I'm glad this outfit is comfortable. It may be burned later though. I walk out before Bakugou and Kirishima. We all walk as a class out onto the field. My breath hitches and I begin to shake.

'THERES SO MANY PEOPLE HERE!!!'

I begin to breath shakily.

"(N/N) are you okay?" Kirishima asks.

"Yes I'm just a little set off by how many people are here" I say shaking.

"(Y/N)" I hear Bakugou mutter. I turn around and see Bakugou holding out his hand.

"Yes?" I mutter.

"Do you need to hold my hand you big baby?" He asks sarcastically but sincere.

I smile and hold his hand," That would be great actually"

We continue walking and I feel a lot more confident holding his hand. I hear a hero yell in the stands.

"I SHIP IT!!"

"Ehh??" Both Bakugou and I say while blushing slightly.

We hid a bit from the ground and stood in the crowd. I thought he would have let go of my hand by now but he just stares up at Midnight with no emotion. I blush slightly and hold onto his slightly sweaty hand. I can't get grossed out because that's his quirk.

"Katsuki Bakugou will be talking for Class 1-A" Midnight says.

Everyone stares at Bakugou in shock. I squeeze his hand a bit, he looks at me I smile and nod. I let go of his hand and he walks up to the small stage.

"Well he did get second place in the Entrance Exam" Kirishima says.

"Who got first?" Midoriya asks.

I scratch the back of my head and whistle slightly.

"Well (N/N) did of course. She's the strongest" Kirishima says.

"In the heroes course" some chick mutters. I glare at her.

'Listen just because we are better than you does not mean you have to be a bitch about it'

"Why aren't YOU up there then (L/N)??" Midoriya questions.

"They offered for me to speak for us but I didn't want to because I didn't think I would do good so yeah" I say not tearing my eyes from Bakugou.

Everyone in the stadium went silent.

"I just wanna say... I'm going to win" he says into the mic.

"DAMN IT BAKUGOU!!" I yell and face-palm.

Everyone yells at him. Iida even yells at him.

"At least become a nice bouncy step for me to step over" he says before putting his thumb down.

I laugh super hard and cover my face. He steps back down and Midnight swings her whip thing..

"Let's get started right away!"
