I've waited for a girl like you.

Chapter 2

CHAPTER TWO.

After the boys had finally decided to stop teasing me, we headed downstairs for some breakfast, well brunch I guess I could call it, considering it was almost 12pm. As we entered the kitchen we were bombarded with the smell of frying eggs, sizzling bacon, toast cooking  and freshly squeezed orange juice. Australia really was treating us well. “Morning lads” Paul said with a hint of happiness in his voice, I think he was overjoyed by the food that awaited us “morning Paul” Louis replied in a very cheerful manner, that boy is always awake, no matter what time of the day it is.  

We had decided to eat our meal out on the balcony as we wanted to take as much advantage of the Aussie sun that we could. We headed outside onto the balcony but were soon greeted with the sound of screams. We had managed to forget that we were in Sydney, and walking out onto our balcony at the Inter Continental would attract hundreds of screaming girls. Of Course, we still aren’t entirely used to this, and we find it so strange when it happens.  But there was just something about these girls. They had an extra sense of craziness about them, it was like their whole bodies have been taken over by screaming creatures that knew our names, and lyrics to all our songs! The only reaction we got from this was a “whoa, this is unreal” from Louis, I simply replied to him saying “gosh I love Aussie girls” “Agreed “ Zayn managed to spit out “look at that babe  over there, she’d be perfect for you Nialler” harry said pointing at a tall girl, with curly brown hair who was trying to take a few snaps of us, while happily singing to Up All Night with the rest of the girls and even a few boys. My mouth just dropped, the rest of the boys stared and they all realised what was happening. I had seen the most perfect girl. She looked just like what I was looking for, She was beautiful, she wasn’t going super crazy, she had a gorgeous smile and you could see she was having a laugh with her friends and just enjoying herself. She was simply perfect.

“Wow” that’s all I could manage to get out. My throat had gotten all tight and I felt like I was swallowing my tongue. “Awww look, Niall’s getting all choked up” said Louis playfully as he nudged me in the ribs. “Shhhhh” I spat out as I redirected my eyes back to her. I was soon distracted by Liam walking away and going inside, at first I was a bit worried, but then decided that if there was something wrong he would have said something. So I stayed out, strolled over to harry and whispered “you got a good set of eyes on ya styles” while patting him on the back. The fans saw this and went absolutely mental, the fact I’d whisper something to him set them off. Haz, being the flirtatious boy he is had then decided to throw the girls back a little wink. They went completely nuts, and the cute girl with the brown hair, she just looked up, smiled and took another snap with her fancy camera. We could tell she was ecstatic to be here, and we loved it when fans showed it.

The fans had started to stop screaming a bit and had organised to sing another song. You could see the brown haired girl giggling and saying stuff to her friends while pointing up at us. You could also see they were all exchanging thoughts or ideas, yet they had no clue that I had my eyes on them.

Next thing you know, her and her friends screamed out in unison “NIALL, LOOK HERE, WE WANNA TAKE A PIC” so I happily looked down, smiled, gave them a wave, waited for the flash to go off and then yelled out “Was that good love?” and to my luck, the beautiful brunette replied “perfect!” in her adorable Australian accent and then chucked a wink on the end.  And with that her friends turned to her, screamed a little and she smiled uncontrollably.

A little while later, after geeing the fans up a bit, Liam returned, carrying with him a big blue and white megaphone so we could interact with the fans more easy. “Testing, Testing  1,2,3, Testing” Liam said into the megaphone. This had caught the girls off-guard and they all started hysterically screaming.  You could even see my special lady out the front yelling “wooooo” and of course, taking some more pictures. “How you all doing” Liam then happily said into the megaphone, all you could hear for the next 10 seconds was screams. “That’s great, that’s great” said Zayn taking over the role of spokesperson. “Well we just wanted to say how much of a great time we are having here in Sydney” he continued. “And we wanted to say how beautiful you all are” Harry then explained after stealing the speaker off Zayn and giving him a cheeky ‘I know what im doing here’ look. “And, I’d also like to say that, Niall here ,yes, he seems to have spotted a lovely girl down there” Harry then shutup as all the boys gave me a funny look and I felt myself slightly blush as the crowd went “awwwwww”. The whole time I was watching my beautiful brown haired girl and you could see the anticipation in her eyes as she waited to see if the boys would reveal who it was. “Would you all like to know who it is?” exclaimed lou. “OMG OMG YEEEES” screamed the girls. We all laughed at how eager these girls were, they were all so adorable. “Well, this lucky girl, Niall has been staring at all morning…” said harry with a long pause, “….basically, she’s down here, in the front, with brown curly hair, she’s tall, and has a fancy old camera”. All the girls started screaming and you could see the look on the gorgeous girls face when her friends turned to her and said “OMG IT’S YOU” it was a look of complete and utter shock! “Yes, you, down there, It’s you! Listen to your friends it you!!” said harry again whilst pointing at her. As her friends began to go insane and they too decided to point at her. I then took the megaphone from harry and said “Hey, yes, it’s you! How are you beautiful?” she mimed back “amazing thanks, how about you?” and I once again said “I’m quite swell love,  well hopefully I’ll see you later sweetie, but we all must go get ready for the signing. It’s been great talking to you Sydney!”  (next page)

And with that we all headed back inside and got ready for the signing this afternoon. I honestly rally hoped that the brown haired girl would be there. She really did seem like the perfect girl for me.
