Mylene's POV
Alya had told me this morning what had gone down with Marinette. Poor girl, she must be so stressed. I was sitting in mine and Ivan's room when she knocked on the door. I let her in and led her to the living room. I told her to lie down on the couch before sitting in the arm chair.
"Alya told me you broke into her room last night in distress." I told her softly. "Why?"
"Your not going to tell anyone are you?" She asked.
"Of course not, this is just between me and you." I nodded encouraging.
"Okay," She took a shuddering breath. "I've been having dreams about people getting akumatised. The first time it was me but last night it was Alya and Nino. I can't explain why but the latter was much scarier."
"Its okay Marinetter its only a dream." I tried to calm her sensing her distress.
"It can't have been," She sat up and began rolling up her sleeve. "In the dream they started pulling this red ribbon from my arms and then they started threading a black one into me."
She moved her arm down so I could see her wrist. I almost gaged when I saw the rexhed sight. The skin around it was dark and underneath her blood looked blackened. Brusing circled her wrists like she'd been put in chains for weeks and hung from her arms. Altogether it looked like someone had grabbed her and tried to break her arms.
"So I broke into their room to check they weren't akumatised." She flopped back on the couch.
"Are you okay?" I whispered still frozen in shock.
"Emotionaly or Physicly?" Her eyes closed as she exhaled through her nose. "Because it feels like I'v been hit by a train in both."
"You should get that wound looked at." I told her sternly.
"Maybe," She shrugged. "But what would I say? My best friends became evil in my dreams and attacked me. When I woke up I had a wound."
"I'm not sure." I admitted. "Don't just leave it though. It looks infected."
"This was a mistake." She stood up. "I can tell your skeptical. Just forget we had this talk."
"Wait," I sprang up to stop her but by then she was out the door and down the corridor getting in the elevator. With a huff I went back inside.
Marinette's POV
I can tell no one believes me. It's rediculous! How could I have been hurt in my dream. If it hadn't happened to me I wouldn't believe it. Maybe I an just insane. With a mirthless snort I slid down the wall in the bedroom. Pulling my knees to my chest I buried my head in them. Tears began seeping from my eyes. I'm falling apart and I can't pin point why.
"The miraculous and the thrown." I said to myself. "They're driving me insane. I may be ladybug but I'm not storing enough to be princess too. I mean I'm getting injured in my dreams! Maybe I'm not strong enough to be ladybug either."
"Ah the Dajavu." Someone said from above me. "You remember Hyppolitia don't you Tikki?"
"Of course!" She flew out of my purse. I looked up to see her floating by a tiny cat kwamii.
"Plagg?" I asked wiping my tears from my cheeks.
"Princess Gardian Buginette." He bowed as best he could for a kwamii. I giggled and poked his side. "Hey!" He pawed my finger away.
"Who's Hyppolitia?" I asked them.
"She was ladybug. A long time ago. She was a queen too, in the medieval day." Tikki told me with misty eyes.
"There were other miraculous royals?" I gaped at her.
"You don't think your the only one who can use the royal transformation do you?" Plagg snorted.
"So all royal holders can do that transformation too?" I asked now forgetting my problem.
"Them and their team." Tikki nodded. "Except they don't say 'Crown On'. Their frase is 'All Hail'."
"I'd have never guessed." I smiled at the thought of more miraculous secrets to discover.
"We were going to tell them at your coronation." Thet told me.
"Can you tell me about Hyppolitia?"
A/N: Don't worry I'm not going to forget her injeries because they are very important. 🐞🐱
