Oh Drake. The player in the group and in school. He's at least tried to hit on one girl everyday since I've known him. And even the ones he doesn't hit on still come and ask me if him and I are a thing. "Being that you guys are sooo close. It can only mean one thing you guys are dating." I have gotten that at the most of five times a week but it's cool. I mean it gives me the chance to fuck with the ones who hate the idea of me and him together.
We met in the mall a couple days after I moved here and the next day I had seen him in the hallway at school. In his natural state talking to girls. At first I rolled my eyes because at the time the last relationship I was in before the one I just got out of ended because the guy I was with was a big flirt and I was getting hate from all these girls at the time.
But we eventually became friends and now he's around less girls than he was when I first met him (Drake not the ex).
We have gotten into a lot of trouble in school together. Actually when I think about it we would always get in trouble with the same teacher everyday and have after school detention for mouthing off at her. I mean she wasn't the best teacher Ms. Donell would never teach the class but she'd still yell at us for not doing our homework when we have no idea what we are learning in that class. Granted it was the easiest subject for me so I understood it but when I did my homework she would never check it. So when we get our progress grades I'm just wondering why my grade is so low. One day I told Drake and he told me to confront her about it and that he has the same problem. We eventually both did confront her and got sent to the principal. But the principal laughed at it and sent us back to class. We did get called out of class a few times.
My family back in New Jersey say he's a bad influence but I told them to mind their own business. I'm a really bitch when it comes to defending my friends. But I'm not alone defending Drake being that he and my older cousin Devon became friends when Dev came to visit me one summer. Drake liked him at first only because he was related to me and that he had a car. Dev is my best friend in my family. Meaning he will support me in whatever I do. But I'd rather not tell him some things about my group of friends. Him and Drake already got into a fist fight once because I was hanging out with Drake too much. That all changed when I got a job and he did too. We don't have much time to spend with each other.
If you ask me I kind of like Drake in that way but we're like best friend so.
