It was a normal day for the Todd family, Jason was cooking lunch while (Y/N) and their 6 year old son, Dean, was cleaning up the attic.

Dean has the features of his father, he was mostly a carbon copy of Jason, except for his eyes, he had the same as (Y/N)'s.

"Awe look at this Deanie baby, it's your old Teddy bear" (Y/N)'s voice rung around the small attic. Dean's (Y/E/C) eyes lit up as he made his way towards his mother.

The little boy smiled upon seeing the teddy bear that his mother was holding, it was a Small bear wearing a leather jacket while holding a red helmet. It was one of the rare RedHood teddy bears that was on sale, (Y/N) managed to buy it and gave it to Dean when he was just 2 years old, though it's arm barely being supported by the stitches, most of it are still intact. She smiled at the small memories it had given her, giving it to Dean it seemed Dean was also happy go lucky upon meeting his childhood bestfriend once more "Red Hood you're back!" The kid squeeled a bit while giggling.

Afterwards the two continued cleaning up the attic, they stopped here and there when they find a couple things that brings memories. Until Dean had managed to rummage through a couple boxes and finding a couple photo albums. "Mommy mommy! Is this you?" Dean asked from the other side of the attic while flipping around the pages of the photobook.

(Y/N) began to stand up and walk towards her son who was now holding an album of her childhood. She smiled even more at what he had found "oh yes that's mommy right there" She pointed at the small child who was seemed to be being held by a young woman. "And that right there is Granny" she continued, now pointing at the woman who was holding her in that picture.

"Mommy will you tell me stories about these?" Dean asked, looking at his mother with hope and curiosity.

"Ofcourse hun" (Y/N) smiled even more as she began to become immersed with the wave of memories that had hit her. She continued telling stories to her son when one particular picture stopped her. "Ah this one was a nice memory" She hummed a bit smiling at the small photo, it was slightly yellow from it's age, with it's small bits already broken off, yet the picture still showed what it's supposed to.

It was a picture of (Y/N) and her Father eating cotton candy while wearing funny cat headbands, it was one of her only memory of her father before he had passed, behind them there seemed to be two people but she didn't pay much attention towards it.

"Pa!" Dean called out when he saw the bundle of hair of his father, soon Jason's head popped out the small entrance of the Attic "Hey there you little devil" Jason smiled when he saw his little spawn crawled up to his beautiful wife. How he managed to make that girl fall for him was still a mystery. "What are you both doing?" He asked walking towards them and seeing (Y/N) holding a small photobook.

"Mama is telling me stories of her childhood!" Dean explained while pointing out towards the photos on which Jason began to inspect "She's currently telling me a story of Granpaw" he continued to babble, pointing out at the photo of (Y/N) and her Father. Jason began to stare at the photo having a familiar feeling boiling up inside him "That place seems familiar.." he mumbled. (Y/N) just smiled at him

"It was at the park Jay.. i was 5 or so at that time" She explained pointing out at the Photo, but what caught Jason's eye was not (Y/N) nor her father, but on what was behind them, Two figures was turning their backs on them. One small boy and a woman. "Wait!" Jason exclaimed as he pulled out his wallet from his pocket, revealing a small picture. It was him and his mother, it was the only photo that he managed to keep all through the years. It showed the two of them smiling genuinely. Jason was holding his mother's hand while his mother smiled lovingly at her son, behind them was two figures. This time a small girl and a man. Jason then showed the photo to her wife and began a comparison at the photo in the photobook.

Dean stared curiously at the two pictures. (Y/N) was just slightly confused at what Jason was pointing out. When Dean began to giggle "Mama you and Papa are in the same picture! I thought you met Papa when you were in College?" He asked curiously. That's when it hit (Y/N) the two figures just a couple feet behind them was Jason and Sheila, she smiled at the two photos. "Well I guess fate was bringing me and your Papa together from the start" She explained to her son. Dean just snickered at the comment. Jason grinned. Who would have thought that they had crossed paths even before they had met?

"Alright you two! Let's go down now before the food goes cold" Jason announced, Dean's eyes widened and began running down "YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU FINISHED COOKING PA!" He screamed out while running through the hallway, leaving (Y/N) and Jason alone in the attic. (Y/N) was still staring at the Photobook as Jason caressed her cheek "I guess we were made to be with eachother since the beginning huh?" He smirked a bit and kissed the girl's forehead. Earning a giggle from (Y/N) "I'm happy that it was you Jaybird" She muttered. "Same Doll" Jason replied before standing up and dusting off the dust that had collected his clothing and then helping (Y/N) up. "I love you Jason Peter Todd" she smiled up in pure adoration towards the male which made the male blush a bit. His heart still races like a lovesick teen whenever she tells him that she loves him. He smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist "And I love you (Y/F/N) (Y/M/N) Todd" he crept closer towards her as they both brushed lips but was interrupted by a yell "MAAA! PAAA! HURRY UP HERE OR I WILL EAT ALL OF THIS!" Dean yelled out from downstairs earning a laugh from the two adults.
