Your POV

This all happened one early Tuesday morning. I was talking to Fitz like always. "You need to come see me soon." He told me over the phone. "Look I told you I'd be down to see you, Zuckles, and Swagger but I just haven't had time." I rambled on to him.

"That's a beautiful excuse." He joked around. "I'm serious Fitz! If you wanted to see me so bad, you would've already been here." You said over exaggerating. "So what if i told you I was at the airport in New Zealand right now?"

This can't be.

"Fitz are you joking?" I laughed kind of hesitantly. That was the most surprising thing I've heard in a while. "No not really?" He replied. "Oh my god! So what time will you be here?" I squealed with udder excitement. "Considering its 8:00am where you are now, Midnight? 1:00am?" This made me frown.

"Fitz I'm gonna be asleep by then." You frowned. "Hide a key, text me where it is im about to get on my flight." He told me hanging up. I shrugged and hid the key under the doormat. I texted him where it was.

10:30 pm

It was a long day of Cleaning, Working, and Hygienic things. I was so tired but I wanted to stay up for him. I just went to go lay in bed. I watched 13 Reasons why for a little bit. Soon it was midnight. Fitz wasn't here.

I could barely stay awake anymore. I threw a arm over My eyes. I accidentally fell asleep waiting for him.

2:30am

The door unlocked and I heard keys fall onto the counter top. It didn't bother me as I was half asleep. I heard the door close and bags drop. I heard footsteps coming up to my bedroom.

He laid next to me, he spooned me. He kissed my cheek. "I love you baby." He smiled running his fingers through my hair.

"I love you too."
